The more i look at the bot behind bumblebee the more im convinced its Blurr.

That said it wouldnt surprise me if Bumblebee and Blurr wernt seen until part 3 and if thats the case it goes hand in hand with the bots featured on packaging showing up later as people have been pointing out.

I really hope we see Double dealer in February

A fully posable Grandus would be a hoot...

It would be insane to get them again so soon, and I don't know how I'd feel about it...that said, I never did pick up the POTP Grimlock, hoping they'd eventually do a better one...

I agree, it really looks like Blurr.

And while I have no problem with Hasbro “redoing” recent figures, I personally don’t know how a WFC Blurr figure could improve upon the Takara Legends Blurr.

Sure, the headmaster part is non-canon, but that figure is amazing. Tall, lean, dynamic . . . and it looks like it stepped out of an animation cel. Really hard for me to imagine a better version.

    I suppose we’ll see, won’t we?

metroplex was only rereleased by takara, not hasbro and its original release was 6-7 years ago

just from the looks of it the front of the shins are largely the same, with some retooling to accomodate the new wheels, the only thing that looks 100% the same is the feet

The WFC3 Titan will clearly be Magmatron.

Metroplex was released by Hasbro in the T30 line, too.

I'm going a little nuts with anticipation for the new version of Megatron...but then it hit me: it's probably going to just be a rerelease of the Siege version with no battle damage paint...

Reasonably sure it's just the listing so far.

Yes, I’m aware and have that one, that was his initial release from 6-7 years ago that I mentioned, I was replying to someone saying he was just REreleased recently, which was only by Takara

I really hope not, I'd hope at the very least, it gets retooled with double jointed knees and swiveling wrists

It wouldn't be my preference, but you could be right. My guess is a G1 Megatron that armors up to G1 Galvatron.

The new Megatron head design looks smaller, like you could fit a Galvatron helmet over. The facial expression would also work for Galvatron (although this expression may not be representative of the toy).

The overall silhouette looks blocky, a bit like a boxy Megatron with a lot of purple bits clipped on.

Not a lot to go on, time will tell. I like this idea if they pull it off well, but it could also be an awful compromise if they half-ass it.

Whatever way they go with it, I just want a respectable Galvatron. Because it's about time.

    Spot-on.

Titan CW Devastator had 6 Voyager-sized figures. Should work nicely for the Beast Wars combiners.

I’m really pumped for Megatron, too, which is surprising, since I’m very happy with my modified, repainted Siege Megatron. Its not that I need a new one, per se. I just really think there’s an opportunity to combine the best elements of Siege Megatron (G1 robot mode, articulation, size) with the best elements of CW Megatron (clean, convincing tank mode, good paint).

Just by lengthening the folding central panel, while adding leg panels that tab together, you could close-off the H shape and end up with something more realistic. If Hasbro were willing to reengineer Siege OP into Earthrise OP, maybe they’ll be willing to do the same with Megatron. . .
