Bruticus Hasbro head is still beautiful despite these kits created for him that improve him. And very funny comic and also scene with Aerialbots transported in robot mode by Metroplex
Bruticus is one of best combiners but admit that Superion has better thighs.

I wish we could get more Combiner Wars compatible figures or V2's of some of the ones that came out.
Maybe through Selects or Pulse?

• V2 Onslaught in a more toy accurate alt mode
• V2 Dragstrip in a more toy accurate alt mode
• V2 Swindle in a more toy accurate alt mode

• V2 Brawl in G1 toy green colors
• USA release of UW Lightspeed.

I've always like the way Toyworld's Constructor has silver thighs, but I could never afford one. So I painted UW Devy.



Still not 100% sure how I feel about it. It will come off easily if I ultimately don't like it, but I feel like a clear coat finish would make it look better.

 

It was for a select group in Japan.

Even if I had the right paint/whatever you need to do that, I don't have the steady hands to be able to do it. At least not with my patience level, lol.

 

It was too difficult but did take some time, I just used very fine tip paint markers moss green & grey.
A little bit if patience is required though 

 

I really wish that TakTom would rerelease all of their UW sets.

Now that I've been collecting again, I want them all back.  

 

Just received a Unite Warriors Defensor set I bought from a kind member here.

I love it. They all look great in every mode. Hotspot especially in Robot mode looks cool. I wonder why he wasn't featured more in the show? The Protectobots in general I feel have been neglected in most TF media.

 

If you thin the paint out, you can use a toothpick to drop into the line and then drop more where it stops filling. Repeat until the line is complete then wipe excess away lightly with a q-tip or something. I haven't tried this on transformers but I used to do this when I built model cars.

 

YMMV...but I’m not sold on the silver...I think it’s be different if the thighs on UW Devy were formed from Parts forming rather than obvious parts of the two Constructicons.

I know some people love it...but I’m not a huge fan of panel lining.
