Yeeeaaa...that could take a while  
I want to finish BW Impactor and Jhiaxus first. And then I have my so far biggest project already planned and want to start this during Christmas time. But if the weekends to Christmas don't become too busy and I manage to finish Impactor and Jhiaxus fast then maybe I'll be able to start with Depth Charge. And I'm thinking About getting into airbrushing. Because it would be way easier to paint Depth Charge this way.

 

I got second thoughts about my choice of replacement head now:

"Good" that I already ordered TIE Bomber Pilot  
But maybe I'll make the heads swappable.

This is Hello CARBOT Animal Carbot Terajet and reminds me very much of Swoop. I mean that backhead horn that is formed by the beak...com' on. And then those wing rocket like spears.
And the colorscheme...  

But I really like this thing. Just need to autobotify him/her, too. I guess it will be the Pteranodon's forehaed. And with that hat/hood he/she looks a little bit like a sorcerer/-ess to me.

Hello CARBOT Animal Carbot Mimoth and Terajet. They are from the latest movie released this year. It's a Korean franchise.
And yes, some of them are pretty cool. They are Ultra/Leader class sized but lack a little bit articulation.

I think the "tight turns" configuration comes closest to the G1 toy and the monstertruck configuration to the preliminary design and cartoon version but just see for yourself  ...

I've done this one at the end of 2018 (I think) so there's no progress thread.​

 

I have to say I really like this colorscheme for Ironhide:

​

He could be another G2 version of him OR a powered up one. Like Supermode Starscream from Armada. Even the colorschemes from original SIEGE Ironhide's to Armada Starscream's and Ironhide's up here to Supermode Starscream's are similar.

Just leave it as is. It's perfect for G2 Ironhide's mold buddy, Motormouth.



Actually an Impactor head on Ratchet might be a good direction for a custom of RID Ox/Ironhide.

 

I'd really like to do that but he's already planned for a custom. And I don't wanna buy a second Ironhide and a fourth Crosshairs  

I think I'd rather use Mirage's head because it's rounder than Impactor's if we are only speaking of SIEGE figures but not a bad choice.
