I found 1 lone G1 Frenzy/Laserbeak reissue 2 pack at Walmart for $11. Those reissues dissapeared in an instant the second they were clearanced. This one must have been a return.

I also picked up another Siege Springer. The 1st one I bought had super floppy swivel hip joints. I decided to take a gamble on a 2nd one. This Springer has tight hip joints.

Treated myself today after selling some stuff on Discogs. He's not perfect - alt-mode is VERY gappy, a few tabs don't hold together too well and the spring that is supposed to hold his battlemask on keeps pinging it off - but I like him. Rather have Phoenix, obvs, but I ain't rich.

    My 7th Studio Series guy!

I also have Bumblebee (SS-49), Cogman (SS-38), Drift (SS-45), Dropkick (SS-36), KSI Boss (aka Nitro Zeus, SS-43), Soundwave with Laserbeak (SS-51).

And tomorrow I have a lot of 17 coming (with one repeat: Drift)!

Violated my “no repaints” policy, but in my defense they were on deep discount.

Generations 1 Astrotrain reissue from Wal-Mart. I love that G1 box look....it was $40....but that minty fresh G1 boxed look...it got to my wallet via my nostalgia.

Latest purchases. I was hoping to find Shockwave as well but at least I’m 6/8 for SS Constructicons now. And I now just need Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home and I’ll be caught up on the MCU as well. D45A6E6C-51C3-4F56-A71F-B61F3A00FC55.jpeg

Action Masters! Got ReAction Starscream seen here with G1 Mainframe for scale and I’m extremely happy that he is G1 Action Master sized. Oh and look, like Walmart reissue G1 Starscream, Megatron came along for the ride.

Starscream’s staying in box and adorning my wall with Swerve and Tailgate.

Oof... You were so much better off with the Studio Series version. This one is far more intricate, sure, but his transformation is a chore and borders on boring. The SS one's transformation is boring, but it's a breeze to run through in all modes, and he looks good in both robot and truck mode. I just feel you put yourself in a medieval torture chamber because... "nostalgia".

Good luck, though. I do hope you enjoy it, I really do. I transformed him like...three times and he went and collected dust after that. I was happy to replace him. Yikes, are the old ROTF Constructicons nightmares...
