    Overall taken as a set, they’re accurate scale. Bonecrusher should be slightly taller and Ironhide slightly shorter, but besides that it’s about as close as you’ll get in a main line. They look great together

    There's a website I use to watch comics for free. I'm pretty sure it has those comics too. Just a few annoying ads to deal with.

    for 3p, outside of movie-verse stuff, yes, but movie comic wise, nope. Hasbro has released a few movie figures in the past that were only in comics like bludgeon, cybertron mode Starscream, and a few others. mostly in the rotf line.

    I have to agree with @ObakaChanTachi that vehicle scale is challenging, but for me the line was ruined by Optimus in both modes and Ratchet in vehiclemode, not Ironhide. If we take the deluxes (Jazz,Barricade and Bumblebee) as reference, we get the 1:39 scale as mentioned, making each feet 7mm . Ironhide fits in there but Prime is way to small.

    the Decepticons are not even close to scaled with each other not to mention the Autobots.

    It's the internet... there are many places you can read them ;) 

    Mostly IDW's movie comics drew from Hasbro's toyline to pad out the cast so Cliffjumper, Wreckage, Thundercracker, Dreadwing and Knockout for example had promiment story lines with Bludgeon, Incinerator, Fearswoop, Longarm showing up for notable cameos too. Landmine and Swindle were just army builders.

    Of course there were also a handful of comic-original characters that never got toys (Prowl, Flatline, Astrotrain) as well

    Missed opportunity with the Devastator head is that the bottom jaw isn't two separate pieces that can hinge outward a bit. Wouldn't have been all that hard to do.
