I was emailed from showz and was told that November and December are bad months to order due to I'm thinking the holidays. That said, I would think if this is a common occurrence, they would plan and have a better option for shipping to ensure these kind of issues don't exist or are lessened. I for one would pay a little more for less stress. Ultimately, I've lost out because the shipping issues.

 

I agree that you got screwed on this. Slow shipping is one thing. An item is whole different story and I can pretty much guarantee that it will hurt his sales. I am shocked that they did not refund you the money. Sorry bro.

It took 46 days to get my Gaudenter, hopefully it won't take too much longer!

Took over 60 days for something to arrive. Not Show Z's fault. I suspect that China Post sent it by boat.

I've also had something from ebay take 2.5 months to arrive from China. China post is cheap but it's not the best.

 

Mine is still stuck in New Yawk.

 

I've had stuff there for a couple of weeks.

I am concerned with the paint chipping issue.

Has there been a second run with improved paint quality applications or is there another run planned that will address the problem?

Does the stock you have now suffer from this issue of paint chipping easily?

I was refunded for one order today, looks like another will be refunded soon also. Heres to hopefully getting the others in a timely fashion. Really suck! Wait to get something for months all to lose it because of shipping or whatever issues. I know the Chinese new year celebration is upon us and everything will shut down.

I have an item I ordered this month finally get to the US but it went to a US warehouse?? What's up with that? Something wrong with shipping it directly to my house? I paid the extra for express shipping after so many other missing/delayed items

 

Did you get the fedex tracking number from showz?

One tracking number gets it to the states and the fedex tracking number is for within the states. You have to ask for the 2nd tracking number. You can message them within their site or on here to get it.

If your going to order from China having an account with fedex and usps so you get text messages will give you piece of mind.

The warehouse is probably the end destination of the first part of your order. You wont necesaarily see the hand off to Fedex on the tracking.

 

If it's orangeconnex, they receive the pkg from china and label it up for the US, then it goes out again. (or what @MonsterMash said, if it's gone CNE)

 

That means it's shipped to FedEx, then FedEx handles the delivery from there to your house.

I've seen this before and wondered what was up, but it was handed to Fedex.

Has anyone ever had any issues reaching out to [email protected] from ShowZStore? I've sent a couple emails to this address and nobody has responded. I then sent an email to their main email ([email protected]) and still haven't heard anything back from them. I just wondering if anyone else has had any communications issues? I understand it could be close to Lunar New Year right now but I see updates on their site so somebody must still be working.

 

I haven't had any issues getting in contact with them. Sometimes it can take them a day or so to get back. But they've always replied.
