That is for damn sure. Sounds like they are a smaller outfit and getting parts after production is a logistical nightmare for them.

 

SO after ordering Superator from ShowZstore in the summer 2019, I read that we were supposed to have received the replacement head and feet for Gaudenter Chrome version... I received them from ShowZstore instead and installed just the feet as my head is fine, paint job is different than original. I can see also how they screwed up his original chrome feet. The heels raise up too much. Does anyone know if one can take the feet apart so that the hinges and joints can be reused??? I mean I could fix the heels too but has anyone taken them apart? The original joints are diecast whereas the replacement is just plastic...

Oh yeah, ShowZ is trying to help me with my replacement wing part for Graviter... Man GP really is annoying, I don't see why they couldn't just ship my part out after even sending me a message and picture with my part and address asking to confirm it... and that's 6 months ago! The request was from September 2018!!!

Seems odd of them to state that. I went through my seller for a replacement dino head for my metallic version because the way it was packed in the foam wasn't great and resulted in scratches. I got it pretty quick, maybe 1-2 weeks.

I would add Fanshobby in there too. I had issues with my Scourge's right hand and they were pretty responsive, as well as getting me a replacement.

 

Thank goodness ShowZ is helping you out. It is unfortunate that GP direct after sales support is all but unreliable. GP should take notes from Fanstoys and XTB/KFC.

 

I wonder if GP is just done with everything now that all the Dinobots have been released. Seems like they rushed out Grimlock with less bells & whistles compared to the others. Maybe they just wanted to get out of the business as fast as they could.

 

Yea I think you hit the nail on the head. I also don't think that throne will ever come out as planned. You would think the throne would've came out by now since GP Superator been out for awhile now.

I really hope thats not the case, but being as their guttur chrome re release has been 'pending' since october and apparently they are waiting on sellers to put in enough of a pre order or they wont send it to the factory. Thats the last piece i need and frankly its looking a little scarce getting any info from them. Consiquently, if anyone wants to sell a chrome guttur....

Can you tell if it's painted or fully made of red plastic? If it's painted, maybe it's from the metallic production batch?

Anyway the issue they wanted to address was probably the paint chipping of the head when transforming to alt mode.

 

They sent you a metallic head instead of a chrome head. Basically what they had left.

 

Ya it's painted. I really only wanted the feet but at least I have 3 extra heads now.
