How do people feel about the Swindle connection with Onslaught for combined mode? I think using the jeep front bumper to fold into the connector peg is clever, but since there are several thinner pieces of plastic involved I could see it potentially being a problem by one piece of it breaking. With them in hand do you think that could really happen?

That's not the combined peg, it just does that to get out of the way. The slot behind it gets slotted into by a T-bar on onslaught

The combined mode head and chest are mounted on the same rotating assembly. You can't rotate the gestalt head into place without first moving the chest plate into position.

 

I think. Cheems pics of incurs is are awesome and thruthfully make him look better than he is. I love the mmc combaticons and await them all, but the more i see if the combined mode the less I like it. Incurus is so disproportionate and big. Yikes. But as a whole I love what mmc has done. Try and goodness I have zeta for combined mode.

And my comment was more regarding his comment stating that he looked sickly, which was strictly because it was thrown on the table in the standing position.

This is definitely an odd looking Onslaught. I'm alright with it personally as I like a lot about his features and I'm fine with some of my robots looking a little different to have just a little bit of variety in unconventional ways.
The oddness will likely turn off many people, so I get it being a totally legitimate complaint for some. But again, I still dig it and I'm eager to have it in hand to pose it ways that work with the odder proportions.  
Other than that though, the figure is gorgeous af.

 

It's still going to have that appearance no matter the pose because the way the crotch/hips are shaped.

 

I mean sure, blame MMC’s design decision on the person posing it and not at all the people that made it. Can't criticize MMC’s work even though it's completely justified....
