That reminds me of one of BSF's skits, I think it was on his FT Koot video. He was sitting on the couch with one of his daughters and she asked him if people come to his videos to learn how to transform things which he replied he hoped not.

 

got mine today, before the snow hit, great figure and easy enough to transform but I have one little problem, he doesn't have the stoic face, just the extra face. I looked in the box to make sure it didn't just pop off but nope, it's gone. So, will email ShowZ first and if that doesn't work then onto XTB. I'm sure ShowZ can help me.

 

Never use BSF as a transformation guide unless you are looking for what not to do. Watch for entertainment only, not for learning!  

 

Finally Netclow gave me my tracking number, Gravestone is en route!!! Can't wait.....

Aye, especially the more recent ones, he tends to skip some steps (like the Nickel vid). However, his Andras transformation worked for me very well (those damned feet)...

What else can I say? Great figure, fantastic set! I'm very glad that I decided to get XTB's Stunticons. Maybe Gravestone should be a head smaller but in hand he's so gorgeous that it doesn't matter. Excellent job, @ibot and @X-Transbots! Let's see what else you will bring us in 2020. How about Runamuck and Runabout?

That really sucks. I emailed them recently and because of CNY, they said they would only be able to get back and help me post Feb 9th. So be ready for a wait.

 

Received and transformed mine yesterday. Pretty impressive but not quite as excellent as Roadking (though I dislike RK’s backpack more).

My copy’s face and eyes will jump off. I don’t think the mould is quite precise enough to have sufficient purchase against the peg used to attach face place to body. Standing still, it’s ok, but during transformation it must’ve popped off five times before i learned to leave it until finished.
Solid 8/10 for me; excited for the trailer

 

@ibot is it too late to add this for consideration for faces included with the trailer?

Never use BSF for anything. He won’t even show his face how can he gain trust? The gimmick had run its course.

 

Awesome pose. But see this pic shows my major source of displeasure with the design. You can’t have big visible cab on top at the same time as visible little cab on the feet. It looks stoopid!

 

I got the FansToys version for fun because I was always going to complete the X-Transbots set (big fan of the designer, 598 Designs, and I simply think they are the right size and nail the cartoon look). But in the case of Motormaster I just really like them both. X-Transbots did a great job and it makes for a great set. And I'm keeping the FansToys version because he is the full truck, trailer and all.
Both designs are really clever. I like to say they transform through witchcraft
