My Roadking came today. WOW. Amazing figure all around.... Amazing presence and build quality. All of his joints are nice and tight. I only one issue though.. It seems like his arm butterfly joints (the one where you extend them out at the die cast joints) is SUPER DUPER tight like it is literally impossible to pull them out. Am I doing something wrong? What is the correct way to extend his arms out? I don't want to risk breaking anything.

 

What I do is pull out his backpack with the rear most wheels of the truck and push the arms out from the inside the torso and then position them as I want instead of trying to pull them out.

If you’re UK based TFS-Express is great because they get stock quickly and if you’re ordering from the UK site you won’t get hit by customs etc

They'll re-release for sure, just not sure when. Probably after Magnum/Wildrider. Before (Just guessing) Smokey next.

My RoadKing from Show.Z just shipped. Can anyone confirm when the mail shuts down for Chinese New Year? I'm hoping he'll make it out of the country before the mail stops moving!

 

I've read the 20th (3 days from now in China), but there may be some variation in that date from one company to another. Also it depends on if ShowZ actually gets it to the shipping company or if they have just created shipping labels and have the box waiting to be handed over still (I've never bought from them so I don't know how they do things).

 

I have a shipping number from them with my Roadking, but no movement as of yet. I got it yesterday and it's not showing up on 17 Track. I assume it's just the number having been created and not actually shipped yet.

 

Be patient and he'll get re-released, but if it comes by the second time, don't mess around as Fanstoys tends to not mess around. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would love a Tesla or the FT Insecticons, but it looks like they are likely retired.

EDIT: Of course after I post that I see that they are working on a Tesla 2.0. Man Fanstoys has a TON of figures on the way.
