Why does it take show.z so long to get stuff into the US? Everytime I order to the UK it takes them about 4 to 5 days? Are the customs that strict?

You thinking like me? Hoping TT do actually have a lean year so you can fill up on XTB's offerings? I can't go in on two figures a month regularly. The wife would murder me in my sleep!

I think XTB have become a strong 2ND best 3P company behind FT in my opinion.

Wow. Is this confirmed? Would be crazy to see a combiner set that has 1 month interval per releaseo_O

Yeah that would be pretty much unheard of. The list says the trailer in April and 5 subsequent combiner releases. They've still got to release:
    • G2 and Youth versions of Gravestone
    • Youth Wildrider
    • G2 and Youth Trailer
so maybe that'll account for the 5? If it's a new combiner altogether like Defensor or Superion I'll be a) stunned and b) buying them.

I won't say no if Takara rock up with a Galvatron or a Rodimus v2 (and sort their QC out) :p  and I've got Smokescreen+ and black Prime on preorder (the latter is mainly because I'm a moron), but this year definitely feels like it could be XTB's year if that release schedule is true.

Mine has arrived but I doubt I'll be able to get chance to play with him as its my daughters birthday today.

Might have to wait until tomorrow now.

That's the toy version - it has an additional sliding hinge joint that lets you flip the engine block 180 degrees and hides the 'lego brick' look for that extra G1 toy authenticity.

    Yay @ turning up today!

Boo @ being at work when he arrives!

Did I mention I already have mine? ;)

How is that more important than fiddling with Gravestone?!!! You really need to rethink your priorities

Got my Gravestone a couple of days ago and decided to keep him. Have to say, and I am just venting here, this is the last XTB product I buy. I will start by saying the finished, transformed robot figure looks darn good and is a pretty good representation of Motormaster for the most part.
With that said, as I have experience with other XTB Stunticons, the plastic feels cheap and brittle, which is honestly what stands out most when handling the figure. Move a joint, and things squeak. I transformed him and immediately just wanted to put him down and not mess with him at all. There were several moments during the transformation plastic parts had to bend or flex around to get things to transform, having poor tolerances, like the design did not match up with engineering. The worst part with pushing the head box through the cab...this is flat out shoving something that does not really fit through a space that is not big enough (you can even see this in the transformation videos available on YouTube currently). I had to squish and flex the plastic of the cab area and then simply physically push it, scraping plastic on plastic, to get the head box through the cab space. None of this makes me want to play/mess around with the figure or transform him again. As I said, he looks pretty good just standing there in the right pose, but I really want and expect more from a $120 figure at this point. If this had been my first XTB Stunticon, I would definitely not have gone on to get the other bots. Despite the size issues, I am still thinking about getting Roadking from FT, but he is just so darn big in bot form.
Anyway, this is just my opinion and experience around this/these figures and is meant to inform others of my experience and perspective to possibly help them and as just me venting about my frustrations and disappointments around the figure. If you are enjoying the figure and have not had the same experiences, that is cool and fortunate for you.

There is a different way to fold the 'collar bone' that means the head box goes through really easy :D

Sorry, that last part just read like a disclaimer :p  I feel like there was a funnier joke I could've made there but I just couldn't find it so you'll have to settle for this.

Roadking is bigger, hence my having Gravestone standing on my shelf and my apprehension, expressed above, about purchasing Roadking. I just really like the overall look of Roadking, the engineering of the figure and how it utilizes the entire trailer to form the robot mode.

Thank you. I will try that the next time I transform him. However, it does still appear to have to be "popped" or forced through (granted, no where near as bad as other videos and how it went for me the first time). Again, thanks for the tip.

I was so surprised by the difference it made that I spent nearly a whole a minute just pushing the head box back and forth through the gap :D

No I don't think you did, maybe you should post pics to show @4249david what it's like to have Gravestone in hand :D :p

Thank you both! That's very helpful. I will probably go for Toy Crackup (for better paint), G2 Overheat (I don't like the Toy head for some reason), and original bots for the rest.
