I just applied some black tape. I think the toy markings there were a bit much.

 

I was thinking about painting it with a marker before I saw yours, and I dig it, probably will do it when I get mine.

 

Fully articulated hands have been around for a while and the middle finger thing has been done a lot. Not trying to be disparaging about it but most of us are past that particular novelty so we only do middle finger pics if we have a reason. *Cue a middle finger pic from @MINDVVIPE for implying his pic is played out*  

 

What's up with the light spots on the front waist hinge? Looks like the paint is swirly or is it stress/weakness in the plastic?

Haha I actually hear you on being played out, however I imagine that if there are any cons that would be vulgar and crude, it's gota be the stunticons. They are essentially akin to being a street gang of thugs in my view.

 

Not stress marks but rather a bit of colouration and or surface scratches, I believe the plastic is a bit rough there, but also made of that more tough plastic. It should be purely cosmetic. I didn't even notice much until you pointed it out, I'll take more pics of that part close up later and post.

 

Hey @ibot how do I go about getting the eyes for my neutral face?it was just rattling about inside gravestone because it can't attach when I opened the box

 

Mine is like that, squeaks like a mofo and keeps doing crunches rather than splitting  

But it does come apart...

I gotta say, I'm dissapointed in DX9 and the way the arms look. The in/out ports on the arms look just bad (IMO). I thought/hoped that maybe they would be covered up by the bots wrapping around them in some way but if you look at prototype shots the bots just sit there like the XTB ones do.

 

Modicum - that's an under used word if I ever heard one.

I honestly don't know enough about CBP operations to say if that's a possibility, but that seems unlikely. A delay in updates is more likely due to it during in a pile waiting for CBP to do something with it than it being carried across the country in trucks before CBP inspects it.

You might think a shipment from Shanghai would land on the West Coast because it's closer, but planes flying between the US and China don't fly east/west, they fly north over the Arctic then back down over the other side. The difference between flying from Shanghai to New York vs Shanghai to San Francisco is only about two hours (which isn't a lot when we're talking 12+, hours). I'd imagine where your package lands has more to do with the shipping method.
