I’ve been to the post office and talked to my usual USPS delivery lady... both can’t find my package. My tracking is strange too. It said it was received and going out for delivery. Then a minute later, the package was marked awaiting scan. It’s been 7 days since then. I filed a claim already. Maybe there is still hope.

A little late of a response here, but I hope you've been able to make progress on this. It's super strange for a package to get stolen by someone from USPS themselves. I've never had something like that happen to me, though I'd be pretty irritated, especially for something expensive like this.

I haven't purchased the figure in forever but this was a must for me. Still waiting, though...  

 

5 months lag is a lot to stomach. Might be wave 2 of Primes idk man.

 

Yeah, I think that adds up. I'm not going to give up hope just yet, maybe they'll still get some from wave 1. I definitely regret not importing him, I could've used a 10% Voucher at HLJ at the time. I just didn't want to bother with customs around Christmas time, but now I might just get one from HLJ, they still seem to be getting a batch for January.

 

Thank you. A whole lot has happened since I posted this. So USPS confirmed the package is gone/missing. I think someone within USPS stole it. USPS issues an apology and gave me a letter to give to ThreeZero to submit a claim. ThreeZero didn’t respond to that email, so I submitted a claim through my credit card company. ThreeZero responded after that, and we’re currently working together. Once I receive the new Prime, I can cancel the claim. I hope we can resolve this by the end of next week, and both parties can be happy. However I’ll never ship anything to my local USPS again. They are untrustworthy.
