Ok but how about the progress on the 3rd member prototype or combined mode render of Predaking?

 

The joints seems loose too... The robot mode arms don't peg in anywhere in combined mode, so they move around easily, the combined mode hands can't tilt up or down (I like the crab transformation tbh)... I will wait until more member are released, so that I can decide whether I buy this set or not.

The designs are aesthetically similar to TFC's and I like them a lot, but it's surprising that the TFC bots have better hardware than this one.

 

That's the only part I'm not as keen on, I would prefer them to really tab in properly so it feels like a solid arm of metal tendons dealing death.

3rd party Transformers are always produced in China, while the official Hasbro/Takara are produced in Vietnam.

 

So shouldn't this be delayed, because of the current situation

Even if it was made, I'm pretty sure it has to go through Customs quarantine security before it's allowed to be ship oversea. And according to ShowZ store the shipping company is off work for the rest of February. But yeah I get what you mean, cause here in Australia any overseas imports goes through multiple security screening and quarantine checks before they are given the all cleared.

 

I just had a figure shipped a week ago. It's in the US now. Not everywhere in China is affected

 

Luckily it's starting to warm up there. The coronavirus like the flu can't survive in warmer can't survive in warmer weather

 

The metallic red in the bottom pic is quite nice. Using multiple finishes of one color almost always looks spectacular. This appears to be a nice response to fan criticism. I still don't care for the white mech details but that's a nitpick.

 

Almost looks like a Candy apple red on it. Not trying be a Debbie down and the paint is beautiful but let's all hope the paint doesn't scratch or Chip easily

Not joking at all. They said it could die down and then come back next year. Do you not read the news ? You ever seen somebody get a flu during the summer? Do we know for certain it will die off? No it's a new virus. But you don't know that it won't

I hope these guys keep moving forward. CNY and recent world health concerns notwithstanding, the 3P and KO release schedule has slowed down to a crawl in the last year or two:/ I’d like to complete this guy before I’m 50.....
