TFS express have a Xmas backlog and won't clear it till Wednesday or Thursday.

Answering the blue post seriously, I buy transforming figures to transform them, not to be shelf statues. And if I didn't put the figure through its paces, then I wouldn't know if I needed replacements until it was too late.

I've just noticed there's a pin missing out of the left hand index finger  



The finger still stays attached, I just have to be careful with it...

 

Not good, I'm worried how many pins are going to be missing on mine when it arrives now

 

If yours turns up with one extra then it's mine  

 

I've realised that because I'm not bothering with the toy or G2 versions, or even the trailer, then I'm kind of done with the XTB Stunticons!  

 

You are not the least little bit interested in what they will all look like combined?

That's the one, moving the collar piece to the other side until the swivel is complete.

 

I was amazed how easily it went through the gap that way around, compared to having to jiggle each side past the arm joints on the first transformation  

I also managed to get back to truck mode for faction symbol placing, and then back to bot, without instructions... it's quite an easy to remember transformation  

 

Mind had 3 missing...I feel bad for the person inserting the pins...imagine having to insert those tiny pins into each finger...gotta suck...but dang...do your job!  

 

Thanks, much appreciated we don't get jack shit useful info in OZ (everywhere does not include here...) - and I have seen nothing for months on this toy. And it was still not out the last two times I asked in this same thread.

I have to randomly find it on a Facebook post (not knowing it its just a review copy) as XTB are just TERRIBLE at actually letting anyone know when stuff is out. Remember when everyone thought it would be out a good six months ago?

Odd that there is still no (english) reviews on youtube. I see one lonely video up with transformation.......

 

 

Just made a random purchase of Gravestone with TFS Express! Already have Capone, and it is by far and away one of the best 3P bots I've ever purchased. Atilla is great, but...there is a big old gap between the waist / torso and legs that you literally don't notice until it's up on the shelf. Very solid body all being said, and wow, proper MP Menasor!

From the test shots I've seen XTB doesn't have any weird gap issues, but can't seem to find anything on how it combines, presumably the parts come with the trailer? Anyhow, am gonna do a face off and sell the loser!

 

I was 99% sure I was going to leave these guys in combined mode once the trailer drops, but getting all of these guys out for a photo reminded me of how great the alt modes are. Tempting to (eventually) display them in these modes.

 

I'm waiting to decide until I have all three in hand, but I'm leaning toward XTB's in alt mode, too. FT for robot mode, DX9 for combined mode.

 

I was planning on only doing XTB, but Roadking was too awesome. I love the character designs for Motormaster, Breakdown, and Wildrider, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the FT versions for bot mode, at least for those three. I don't like Dragstrip and Dead End enough to have two of them, and two of one character I really like is generally my limit with MP. There are lots of time I wish I wasn't imposing that restriction, though...

 

When I started I only planned on getting XTB, too. But like you, I was impressed with Roadking and I really appreciated that FT was the only one making a Motormaster that turned into the whole truck and trailer. But since I had and like Roadking (which isn't always the case for me with FT) I decided to give Spoiler a try, too, and I was surprised to find that I actually like Spoiler even better than Roadking. And then, since Breakdown is my favorite Stunticon, I decided to check out Montana... which I really liked, too. So I picked up Henry, and preordered Capone (even though, after over a month, Capone still hasn't arrived). Honestly, I'm starting to like the XTB ones the least (not saying they're bad, though!), but with four out of five Stunticons in hand I figured I might as well finish.

 

Yeah, although RK is a good figure in its own right, FT will most likely have to do a ZETA and have a separate combiner torso (ie bruticus and superion).
