I had some difficulty with the right side not tabbing in to the roof, I didn't fix it fully but by focusing on getting that side right I at least got the "splits" on both sides to be small and symmetrical.

 

Hey Armorhide/Landmine fans, if you want some extra articulation in the hands, run a blade between the claws! It's an old, easy mod.

Yeah, Pikachu_King mentioned this version in the review thread, and it feels even closer to an official combo. I still put Chromia's wheel in the gap and use her gun.

Mine seems ok. I believe the door needs to tab into a slot in the hand on the inner side. So the door shuts tight and flush.

 

Is your Optimus custom painted?

 

He's definitely the best looking Voyager Prime in vehicle mode. I think Leader SS Prime is the better looking one in Robot mode.

 

Battle Blades Optimus is a really cool figure, but his legs are so damn thin! Same with the new SS49 Bumblebee... both are great figures though, don't get me wrong.

I get where you're coming from, but it feels like he needs more bulky calves. SS01 has bulky legs, and it looks right. SS49 just has nothing on the sides like the CG model has. The large wheel fenders on his back do make the legs look even more thin though.
