    I've probably posted this story before but, whatever, here I go again.

    Botcon 2010 or so was at Disney. My wife and I were eating breakfast at the Dolphin (or Swan...I'm pretty tipsy) and who sits down next to us? Bob Budiansky and his wife. They couldn't have been nicer people. We talked a bit about Transformers and general stuff. He truly is one of the good guys. He will not remember this moment but I will ALWAYS remember it.

    Thank you Mr. Budiansky for this moment in my history.

    I absolutely would love to go to this or ANY TFCON if I could. Cost to get down there is of course a factor.

    So, since I love about 3 hours from Orlando, I'm gonna do my damnedest to save up some money (mainly for the dealer room) and actually attend this before moving back to Ohio at the end of June.
    And since my car eats gas like no tomorrow I'll probably end up booking a room.
    To those who booked a room already, what is the discounted nightly price? I need to work out a budget.

    I've never been to a TF Con but I'll be there this time around. Already have my tickets booked and I am SO looking forward to it!

    Well, I've decided that in order to have enough to spend in the dealer room, food and gas for the trip out and back home, I'll only be attending on Saturday.

    Maybe I'll book a room just for Friday night, but I'll have to wait and see.

    can anyone say if it is still worth it to go just on Sunday? do the dealers still make their best deals on this day? I am only going for 1 day and I am only going really for the dealer room and trying to save the most I can so any advise would be great!!! Thank you
