Actually high five! TF Safari had him for $15 with free shipping. That puts my $30 into him. I’m going to practice painting the broken one then keep him for spare parts.

 

Broken TFs are battle fodder in my displays. Sadly, I don't have much fodder, so I take some apart.

IF Ravage and Birds

 

nice pick up and i love IF ravage the birds not so much. but i have to accept them into the family because it is a package deal. i just wish they hadnt tried the chibi thing with the birds. but other than that it was a smart transformation for their shields.

 

Yeah they are just ok. I think they’ll look better on flight stands at the right angle. Ravage is awesome though.

Im sure IF will do a Bumbebee quite similar. Newage Bee is fun and has a cool transformation but Cliffjumper is a more complex toy. I think he works as a more upgraded IDW Cliffy but not really the G1 toon guy.

 

forgive the quality of the pic but the intent is size comparison so i thought i'd post it nonetheless.
While I guess this means I'll have to wait for either NA cj or IF bb (id rather see na cj tbh) I still find IF CJ a great fig and.. I guess I'll be waiting to see if they make any other characters of the same mold that better fit this scale. If their marketing strategy for lower price figures is anything similar to their windblade then it shouldn't take long, although given this years reveals they will be busy. ... meh.. we'll see

They're the little guns that came mounted on IF Megatron's shoulders (I own two copies of that figure, so now I have a matching pair for Elita-1).

Having flat surfaces for dudes was more important than cartoon accuracy on mt st Hillary.

The NA space bridge will occupy the other end.
