Wow, so much hate for Streetwise... the one like the least, the only figure I actually DISLIKE is Groove. That guy has one annoying Robot mode. Doesn't look good, doesn't pose well, and talk about a bunch of fiddle. He's all fiddle. He should have been re-named Nero.

 

Transforming him, yes. Just responding to iceman. Otherwise, I love the robot mode.

Second of all. What is happening to showz... he used to be so fast ans get stuff before others. Everytime i see his posts im like please please hot spot and all these other rubbish ones are posted and im like ffs... i should have gotten it from tf direct  

 

It’s called holiday season. Or in other words, shipping and customs Hell. Nothing to do with the sites as everyone keeps thinking.

 

No its called CNY rush.
They wanna do everything before their holiday starts up. Wondering who prioritizes what in china since it seems some stores get higher priority than others.
Our holiday season is still going yes thats why post to us is happening slow. But between china and china location i feel something else is happening in between

 

I mean sure, there might be. I however, am not a conspiracy theorist so I know for a FACT Showz, tfdirect, whoever it might be doesn’t prioritize others or get shittier just because your package takes longer. Once it leaves them, realistically they can’t do anything. It’s our stupid mentality of “seller is always responsible” or “customer is always right” that has trained us to always think a problem that happens is their fault. It’s the people shipping these packages, not the stores selling it.

 

No no im even talking about it leaving them im just talking about the packages getting to them to be in stock.

I know the process once it leaves them its out of their hands its why im hoping it gets out before CNY which is in 2 weeks but stores start closing up like late next week in prep.

 

Just seems to be luck. It’s shipped to him like it is to us, so maybe some just take longer or the companies don’t send it to him as quickly? Idk he got DX9’s Capone in faster than most retailers so it really just seems to be luck based. I still buy from them as their customer service is excellent and the prices are hard to beat compared to other sites.

 

Yeah i get ya. As of late ive seen people say hes got gravestone xtb lil late. But like you said he got capone like crazy fast.
Store loyalty maybe from the warehouse maybe possibly.
Anyways i guess some of us are on edge here cause 1 hes the last fig. 2 its been 2 yrs to complete the team.
But once hes in stock at Z then i can at least relax a bit knowing people stuff will ship and make it to their destination at a according manner. Just really annoying that all 4 stores (that have them) are all in shanghai and somehow boom 3 of them get it leaving showz in the dark  

 

I was worried about it breaking the arms during transformation. My solution was a little Olive Oil and a Qtip. I figured it was less messy than using WD40 or something.

Yeah, Maketoys’ design from five years ago. Somewhat dated, but not as bad as others. Not as bad as Fansproject Intimidator’s snow shoes, though. Damn, those were ugly.
