What are your thoughts on the IDW Optimus model kit? I mean the build and the finished product

 

Despite being a 13 years old mold (And this particular release being 10-11 years old), ROTF Armorhide here is quite an impressive figure with some pretty good articulation that even outshines some of the more recent TF figures (Among my current collection, ROTF Armorhide is one of the only few figures that have knee joints that can bend over 90 degree which is pretty cool).





The knee joint that can move beyond 90 degrees on this particular figure really helps a lot in terms of posing, especially with some particular poses such as "Superhero landing" or kneeling (For a 13 years old mold, this is pretty impressive even by today's standard):

Between PotP and Siege I'm so glad i've got these 'bots.
I loved the whole 'Prime returns to Cybertron' story arc around #100 of the UK comics, so being able to recreate scenes from it over the last year has been a pure joy

RID2015 may not be held with the highest regard, but good figures do exist in the RID2015 toyline and this particular one is one of them...



RID2015 Warrior class Bludgeon here is my favorite TF of the day. There's certainly a possibility that the Generations WFC trilogy may release another more complex Bludgeon toy later on but until then, this figure will replace my ROTF Bludgeon as my definitive CHUG Bludgeon.

For these few days, I can't get enough with my ROTF Deluxe class Armorhide. This particular mold was almost 12-13 years old, but that does nothing to dismisses how badass this figure actually is ...



I really love this figure.
