They took it away because it's inaccurate. I think the roblem may lie with the eyes or overall head proportions.

I can't remember the page, but I'm pretty sure it was shown that you can remove the Cybertron wheelclips.

 

Comparing a knock off to any official or third party product is doing a huge disservice to that figure. There is a purpose for knock offs, being compitition to an all new mold in the MP size class is not it. I'll sing the praises of TL-DK, but I will not say these figures are trash in comparison, given they are not meant to be on the same level, only as an option for those who are either finacially intelligent, or for those less fortunet.

 

No ones comparing it to an official, especially since one doesn’t exist. I simply want the dam thing in that scale, and the years of MP third parties/KO’s has proven yes, they are very much meant to go with official products as much as the they are meant to go with third party

 

I was refering to CHUG being upscaled and upgraded; there is no difference in quality between an official product and a third party product, I just imcluded official because there is a difference in IP rights.

 

Just saw this on TF-D up for PO. No much info about it but it's listed as Wei Jiang M09. Not sure if there a thread for this already but I couldn't find one.

Looking good. My only real complaint is that the chest is too wide.

(Turns out the "too small" lower legs are just fine – it's that chonker of a torso that's out of proportion!)

 

Most of my complaints come from it being a ko so I think it does what it needs to at the price. (Except scale... still wish it was MP10 height)

They, unfortunately, are putting random wear on his arms and nowhere else. Forcing the battle damage look but only in 1 spot looks really bad IMO.

I think it looks good for the price, but with its limitations and sculpting, it would have probably worked at MP10 size.

 

The battle between Aoyi and Wei jiang seems not to end. Now they want to release their (Fire scorpion) which looks better in bot mode. Personally I will now buy Aoyi because I prefer the alt mode and the paint job. Toyworld I excluded it for price and feet in alt mode. There are however two other alternatives that will arrive, Transcraft and Toy Lab which seems to beat everyone!

 

I think the smoke there looks way better than the lazy drybrushing from before
