Sorry, just a couple more pics before I go to bed. Firstly, I hadn't gotten a group shot of the youth versions together:

Second, wow, I had Gravetone horribly mistransformed. I didn't have his back tabbed in correctly (not that one could see that from the pics), but more importantly, I didn't have his arms pulled out all the way:

Looking at your picture, I am guessing the waist on your your Deathwish is also pretty loose?

Looks like (from left to right):
FT Roadking, DX9 Capone, TFM Powertrain, XTB Gravestone, then two 3P Nemesis Primes (sorry, I haven’t followed any of them so no idea what they are)

Whoops, you mean on the youth version? I think its more I don't have the top half seated correctly in the hole. I think with people having trouble pulling him apart in the previous versions, they went the other way and the button presses a little too easily so he can pop out of alignment. So its more he can more easily get loose, but if the peg is in there, its in there.

Yep, and the two at the end are TE-01 and MS-01 at the very end.

I’m very tempted by Roadking but limited budget dictates that I’ll have to wait for him or pass entirely.

Same here, all great figures, although as a Stunticon fan, I may be biased. Lol

Great comparison and it's nice to know there's a MotorMaster for everyone. I couldn't help but think the 2nd pic reminded me of the evolution of man type of picture lol.

Going off of comparison pics, I think I prefer Gravestone to the Motormasters available. The backpack on Gravestone isn't great and I would prefer it to be clean like it is on Capone, but I still feel like I'd prefer it to a giant mess off folded panels like Roadking has.

His legs are also the thinnest that adds to the backpack sacrifice I guess. Makes his legs look the best I reckon. Which may help with poseability..

Still bugs me that he's missing his third purple thing on his legs. How hard would it be to make an add-on piece of black plastic with the purple translucent on top to attach to the two tabs that lock the legs together for truck mode? It would have to come off for transformation obviously. I tried shooting a pm to ibot but didn't get any answer yet

Huh... Now that i see the comparison shot..
The proportion of Gravestone is kinda wonky ? The torso is too broad and the thigh down is too skinny.
I love the more saturated color of gravestone , the faces also , but the whole body is just not it , imo. Capone is dead on , roadking while not my cup at least has a decent bruit proportion.
At least thats me. I will wait for more video review

In alt mode Gravestone is the best one by a good margin. In bot mode not so much, it's far from perfect.
On the other hand they're all surprisingly close... With three completely different transformations.

This "war" is probably the most interesting in the 3p world to date.
I mean, we have lots of Primes and Springers, but a whole team (with an 'impossible' combined mode) made at the same time by three top tier companies is nuts.

I'm almost done with the hobby but this kind of stuff keeps the interest alive.
