I bought the HiSS to use the CC figure that came it for that same purpose. Never did use it though. Opened the Skyfire Exo-suit. It is great. Hope we see more designs that are readily available.
I finally, finally, got a Heroes Evil Lyn for a not-stupid price. Now I need... most of wave 5. If anyone is really adamant about getting the yellow-skinned one like me, I can link the place I got it from. There's literally one left, so uh... Mega Construx - Mcx Heroes Evil-Lyn Hm. Maybe... maybe don't joke about that? I saw a lot of people talk about Teela's eyes being off, but the one I got, which was the regular single release, looks fine to me. I was actually pretty surprised.
Nah, its actually pretty easy if you keep an open mind. There are lots of things I've found recently that work pretty well
Oh really? I happen to have a full set leftov- oh...nevermind...one of those....anyways, plenty of them available on Ebay & Mercari. Good luck with that.
I used it and the white vipers to make figures forever ago but I don't think I have any images anymore.
"One of those"? Really? Whether you were serious or not about the offer, sorry if I don't find that kind of thing humorous.
Hmm... Smells of pissing contest in here. Mega really needs to do a better job of advertising itself as a good, fun product. I checked another WalMart this morning, nothing.
Well, found these at WalMart. They are ten bucks a piece. There were two left and were still there because I'd rather have the sets MacLeod was good enough to pick up for me.
Really, I don't smell anything. That would require Mattel to actually... well, do something though. And why put in effort to sell their products? Pffft, who do you think they are? Some kind of GOOD company?
Got all excited by the new EE.com listings before realizing a) they were mostly old cases or random blind draws of broken cases and b) didn't include the newest MotU Heroes or Predator Heroes waves.
I built up the prototype suit last night. They made an odd design choice with the backpack using two one by three tiles instead of one two by three plate. Makes things unnecessarily flimsy. Especially with the cannon assemblies attached. They did this because the plates have to attached to the back by the two hollow studs at the shoulders. So you need the small pins of the underside of the one by three for the plate to sit symmetrically. Worse, they opted to put something like side guards around the head and those pieces are supported by the one one by three. With the heads being tight to the neck and having to work around the neck guard, the whole assembly is prone to popping off.
Yep, I hope they become more readily available. Been to five WalMarts to see who is stocking what. Of them, only one has.
