    That's the kit on Black Apple Prime, a few of us have been wondering how much modding would be needed to make it work.

    By the look of things, it seems possible.

    I just want to take a bit of time to reminisce on how lucky TF fans are. When I got back into collecting something like this would be a $1.5k custom order. I got swindled a few hundred dollars trying to something like this into my collection a few years back. And now you can get this for a $200 and the quality is even better.

    Sorry for the tangent. This was one of my Holy Grails when I started collecting and I thought I was happy with my FWI add-on. But obviously I was wrong.

    Broke down and ordered. The Jetfire upgrade scene from ROTF is one of the only scenes in the movies that stand out for me, lol...

    I plan to use this to enhance my normal MPM-4. IMO, BA MPM-4 looks good enough without it.

    Do we have any measurements on how tall this kit actually makes MPM Prime? Trying to pick a ROTF Megatron (TF Dream Factory vs Black Mamba) and want the one that scales best with this Jet Power Prime...

    Given jet prime was massive, definitely not BMB as that’s way too large.

    Well, the TF Dream Factory is only about a head or so taller than the regular mpm Prime. I would have thought that the BMB would fit better with the upgraded Prime because they weren't that different in height during the fight scene in the movie as I recall...and this kit would make prime absolutely tower over the Tf Dream Factory version from the look of it...

    Plus I found this scale chart online, but I'm not sure it's correct:

    Mine shipped out 9 days ago so there’s every likelihood yours has as well and Show Z just forgot about the notification.
    I’m sure I’ve had a few orders from them where I’ll get an email saying my item has shipped and then I receive it in the UK the next day.

    Size comparison with the Studio Series, and then the DMK...DMK is roughly the same height as the MPM.
    Height increase: To the tips of his ears almost 13 inches...to the tips of his jet engines about 16 inches.

    Pros:
    It looks absolutely bonkers
    A LOT of detail
    Tons of articulation
    Nice and big
    Fairly straight forward assembly

    Cons:
    VERY back heavy
    Some connections aren't as solid as I'd like
    The figure doesn't hold the large gun very well due to the weight.

    If you're going to put this on the MPM, I'd suggest tightening all the screws at his shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees. It wants to go backwards.
    You can find a sweet spot with the posing that will let him stand, but think carefully about where you're going to display it in order to avoid a shelf dive.

    In comparison to the FWI kit...
    The FWI kit is also impressive with its size, but lacking in the amount of detail and accuracy. The IW kit is better.
    The problems with balance and stability are the fault of the base figure, not the kit.
    My FWI setup is a pain to get off the shelf, but I'll try to get it down in the next day or so for some side by side comparison...

    *UPDATE*
    I messed with the legs a little more, and forgot about how the MPM legs sort of extend at the hips...I pushed the legs back up in to the hips, and that helped immensely. Also, there's a chicken leg joint at the ankle. This also helped with his stability.
