    IIRC there was talk of Saban selling in 2017 after the live-action reboot failed in theaters, but it wasn't until 2018 that Hasbro officially owned PR. (And technically, Saban, minus their film studio.) They weren't allowed to release any physical product until April of 2019 because BOA had to finish/fulfill their contract before the end of it. (They didn't, not really. People got sick of their crap and saw the writing on the wall and just waited them out. Shame they never really finished the Ninja Steel toy line. They screwed a lot of fans with that one.)

    This is the only Transformers film I want Michael Bay to direct. I totally would watch that level of stupid.

    Rian Johnson directs Peppa Pig: The Movie.

    Honestly that would've worked better since they already had the toy licence and no doubt would've made decisions that would've made people actually buy the toys.

    Hasbro got a lot of shows with this, eOne owns The Mark Gordon Company, so Hasbro now owns Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Designated Survivor, Quantico, Youth & Consequences, The Rookie, Ray Donovan, and an upcoming Street Fighter live-action series.

    The adults are probably bigger.
