    I have no idea who's doing it, but the store I saw this at, is constantly being hit with swaps, so I reckon it's the same person.

    I'm surprised whoever did it was willing to give up a 2018 Walgreens exclusive wreck-gar for a widely available spinister. maybe they had 2, idk. either way I still hate seeing this swap-out BS. makes me sick.
