Well, that Doctor Who was the final straw for me. No more of THAT, thank you very much. Good riddance.

That is impressive but why did you get two 35th anniversary Megatrons?

Happy New Year to all! Had a lovely Xmas haul with Siege Jetfire as main event alongside booze, anime-related nonsense and a Mega Drive mini.
Take the pics however you can, then accept constructive criticism to improve them within your means. May not mean much as I mostly lurk, but I always appreciate people taking pictures of their robots regardless of quality.

Got married myself a month ago (only a small ceremony), so good luck to you if you choose to do so.

Also as someone trying to decide what to do after being made redundant, good luck with whatever career you chose to follow.

Aaw thanks mate. I sure hope she will haha. Yeah she will ! ... Will she ?
    Well I will anyway !

    That's a lot of will.

That's funny because Jetfire origin is anime related nonsense.
Anyway that's a great lot ! Jetfire's great, booze... -lots of variables- can be great, anime nonsense is great, and the MD mini is great !

    That's a lot a great.

Yeah i didn't answer that call dear Canadawawave, but that's the main point: We enjoy looking at what you enjoy.
Personally, like 90% of the time (mostly 2016-2018 to be honest) I just have a lot of fun goofing around with my toys and taking pictures of those moments.
The point was to share my fun. And most of them was taken by an Iphone 3 ! So you know... I aint no Maz or Sixo or Napalm (or Robotochan and Incapable Hulk)(des bisous), and I'll never be. So yeah you can do a lot with what little you got, that's on you: Know what you want people to see and have a blast doing it. Just be you, inject yourself in those shots. That's what i wanna see anyway.
You'll do wonders, especially if you take criticism well as Koa said.

    That's wonderful, congrats !
And thank you very much. I'm not really a mariage guy but she is. And she absolutely deserves to get what she wants.
    Thank Rung for her.

    And thank you again.
It's tuff heh ? But it's also a chance, somehow.
After all those years I think i wanna try to be me. Want to give a shot at being good at something at actually enjoy and reflects me, rather than being good at something I have not only never enjoyed, but never really understood. Serioulsy my old 15 years long job had a really really nice paycheck, and I excelled at it. But for the life of me I could never understood what I was doing.

That's a lot of Chandler Bing.

I wish you the best too.
Oh and to your special one too.

    Good night guys.

Happy New Year Large and everyone here, reason you haven’t heard much is because I haven’t been doing much, mostly just hanging out with the fam and not much related to TF besides slowly painting some figures.

Hope everyone’s been doing well and enjoying the plastic crack!

That's great to hear from you Pablo ! Glad to know you're having nice quality moments with the loved ones.
Also don't worry about not so much TF content, I mean I did get a LOT of Siege recently but these days I'm but a glorified classic games calendar.

    'Bout that, tomorrow: Nothing.

Also Earthrise Voyager Meg listed hum ?
Real shame he's not a deluxe tank with a trailer.

    I.... Still function!

Happy New Year to you all, I can't believe it's 2020, where are the flying cars, everyday space travel and meals-in-a-pill?
    I iz disappoint.
Still buying Transformers, although I have absolutely nowhere to put them, so I really should stop.

Hope she says Yes, or Oui, Large my dear.

As far as I'm concerned, that's Cybertron's ass.

I am mostly the opposite. I buy any old stuff that seems interesting to me.... and therein lies my downfall! I know that their Prime was heralded as the best figure for a long time, but the hyper-stylised direction they took it in didnt really do it for me. In the end, I loved the jet for Buster, and I wanted him to sit next to my MMC Turben as the Autobot air cav.

I aim to transform him shortly, and mess with him in a bit more detail. I think my initial trepidation was partly because he needs some assembly on arrival, and the plastic is good quality but a bit thin at times. He is a little bit void in the character department though. Some bots just stand on a shelf and demand your attention, but this guy kind of lacks a bit of depth behind his eyes. Maybe he will grow on me more over the next few days. If I had paid full price, I would probably have a little regret about now, but for half price in the sale I am happy with my new boi.

    Hasbro Transformers G1 Blurr (1986).

    Blurr03.jpg Blurr02.jpg

To me, this is a highly underrated figure. In hand, in this condition, it's a glorious figure. All the blue, die-cast and paint, pretty fun transformation and those looks, especially as a vehicle. This one needs a new stickersheet, though.

    All the best
    Maz

Holey Moley! This shot and it's angle is the first time I've really clocked that the design team went all in on a model sheet accurate hovercar mode!

I just think Blurr has such a beautiful design and look overall, both in the cartoon and in toy form. The TR/LG one certainly used all of those features to its advantage, still a glorious toy.

    All the best
