What if you find another one and it has an even worse paint scuff lmao. If you don't mind, maybe you can apply a little silver paint to cover it up. If it bothers you alot (I've had figures that bothered me for a long time til I replaced them), it might be worth getting another one. If it's worth satisfying that collector's ocd and you feel better after getting a better one, I'd say it's worth the hassle.

Capcomkai recently revealed a new 3d printed nitro zeus head. It attaches via the titan master joint.

I remember watching the short episodes promoting that figure. It was really entertaining seeing 07 Megs fighting AOE Prime.

Also just saw this really cool lego Shockwave. It probably costs like $300 to build.

I went for a short half-day New Year Eve holiday with my dad and my SS-38 at Genting Highlands. IT's been over 2 years since I visited there, and quite a lot has changed.

As the decade closes I have a question for you guys. What do you guys think is the best non-SS (not counting AOE/TLK repaints) movie figure ever made, including 07-HFTD figures?

 

ROTF Leader Class Optimus Prime

 

A bit of an unusual choice, but I quite love the DOTM Skyhammer mold. This figure here was basically the definitive helicopter TF toy before SS Blackout was even a thing, with quite an interesting and unique transformation, little to no kibble in either mode, good posability for its time, and the customization potential on this mold is exceptional.

 

If I'm allowed to choose two; I'd say the 07 Deluxe Barricade because he was my first figure (with Frenzy!) and he wasn't small or skinny. MPM-04 is secondary choice because I've never seen an Optimus figure that was true to the esscence of his ILM counterpart since the ROTF leader class

 

I can't wait for Scavenger and Mixmaster to show up for me. To have Devastator's head and upper body? Ugh, that's gonna be so friggin' cool! It makes the wait for Overload that much more excruciating.

I think the Rotf Jolt Dotm Jolt are pretty sick, first bumblebee 06 camaro deluxe is i can said well done! i would love to see this mold used again
Rotf/Dotm Leader Optimus is almost like mpm for years when he come out (Sentinel kinda too)
ALmost every movie masterpiece (especialy Megatron and Barricade)
Human Alliance Roadbuster, Soundwave arent worst but still goodie

There is too many good figures for everyone i did that short list of my favorites

This is a toughie. I think it's fair to say ROTF and HFTD were close to the apex of Transformers until Studio Series rolled around, so I think it would be someone from that line. My candidates are:
- ROTF Leader Optimus Prime
- HFTD Leader Starscream
- ROTF Deluxe Lockdown
- HFTD Deluxe Sidearm Sideswipe
- ROTF Voyager Bludgeon

Honorable mention from outside this line is Evasion Prime.

Hmm... I think I'm going with Starscream. Just amazing all around.

Lol just messing. I would probably give it to the ice cream twins. Or ROTF soundwave. Hell maybe even ROTF leader Optimus. Heck even ROTF Mixmaster has a chance at winning. ROTF Soundwave has grown on me, and shockwave too. There are too many to choose from, I don’t know what to do!

 

SS-32 Optimus Prime and SS-54 Megatron especially since I found my copy of SS-54 the day after Christmas.

 

Not counting MPM line, i would vote for Leader Optimus, Deluxe Armorhide (Landmine repaint), voyager Mindwipe.

 

For the 10th anniversary of DOTM, Do you guys think hasbro and takara will make the Decepticon Motherships and Aircraft carriers for Studio Series?

They've already done something similar to that effect with GIjoe.

 

How the heck would you even do that? They sure as heck couldn’t fit in the current size class system. Seems about as likely as an SS Driller to me.
