OOOOO! What if they had Titan Master faces so you can put Quintesson heads on the Titans Return figures and the egg shaped body split into a weaponizer armor? Imagine some figures that use the Quintesson tentacles as arm mounted whips? That might be fun!

Doubledealer and Sunstreaker have my attention. Hopefully they don't have some intentional defect.

I prefer Doubledealer sticking with the current leader-class height. If it’s chunky and dense like Siege Astrotrain, we’re good. Besides, the old leader-class height doesn’t fit in with current scaling.

Count me in for a new Sixshot too.

That doesn't quite make sense though? Sureshot, Joyride and Ruckus all have the same alt mode. So a new mould for Sureshot here gets the three characters out without sacrificing too much between them.

New Getaway (if we got one) would work better with a traditional car mode like Runabout, Siren or even a new Nightbeat?

    ^ fixed it for you.

I mean I'd love a new Slapdash mould too but we know that 'aint going to happen. If they can work out a way to get Mirage's wheels on his shoulders and a new head sculpt, we'd have a pretty good Slapdash I reckon.

Sadly it sounds like you and I might be in the minority with Leader class if they have it their way. Leaving just Deluxe and Voyagers to be my priorities in future lines since Titan class are only one per year. And I've yet to buy a Commander (T30 Jetfire is still okay with me) which won't change if the next one turns out to be Skylynx as rumors have started.

At least I'll be saving money next year. Maybe I'll just put that extra money aside for a PS5.
I honestly don't know who Slapdish is. Maybe I'll Google'em later.

I think Getaway (if they did one) would be a (kinda heavy) remold of Pointblank. Similar enough transformation, with all the parts ending up in the same places. Would have to reshell the whole car mode.

Sixshot is about Ultra Magnus height canonically, so he'd probably be as tall as Siege Magnus at the very least.

Agreed though, I enjoy how most characters are around a certain height range. Unified scale lines are a thing of beauty.

Sigh.....I'm pretty sure the plastic that made these figures were originally liquid at some point but if it makes you feel better here are some Leaders measured in grams:

As you can see SIEGE Ultra Magnus does weigh more while IMO has better quality than T30 UM (which is why I eventually swapped them) so quality and mass can be done. But SIEGE's UM mold was where it stopped for me.

I also think that Sunstreaker is going to be a heavy retool of Wheeljack. Car top for chest, front of car forms legs, and back of car is arms. If not a retool they will share some engineering. Trailbreaker...wonder how much retooling besides a new head he will get. Will he loose the arm plates? Looking forward to these. And I am all in on Doubledealer.....always was my favorite of the "masters" gimmick besides Apeface and Snapdragon (yay finally!). And I would not be shocked at the other rumored Decepticon Leader being Galvatron....really did not like the Titans version (so far Energon Galvatron is still the best to me).

Stoked about the Quintesson! But thinking deluxe size would fit a lot better with the TF: the Movie figures line-up we have.

And I hope the Quintesson doesn’t transform into anything! Just a nice looking Quint. The Cyberverse head spinning gimmick works nicely, is unobtrusive, and looks like fun. So maybe the same thing for Earthrise, and a voice chip for all the different laughs as you spin to each face would be awesome too!

Right? I was kinda thinking of it like the old TFC Toys Hercules version of the Mixmaster cement drum where it split in half, then quarters to make gun pods. Only now you'd have tentacle whips and gun pods, lol.

I've seen some Photoshop of that and almost thought it was an official image, lol. Looks really good. I rather hope you're right as it makes sense. Wheeljacks car mode is a lot more spread out and could easily accommodate Lamborghini proportions.

this is for everyone who thinks sixshot is not in scale with siege, i know in the headmasters he is as tall as magnus but rebirth sixshot is taller than headmasters sixshot.
tr sixshot is actually in pretty good scale with siege, the rebirth shows him as being quite large, we dont have a wfc cyclonus to accurately compare but we know that roughly speaking cyclonus is about a head shorter to as tall as magnus so if we look at wfc-s magnus and megatron here we get a decent picture at how the scale with a potential wfc cyclonus would be.

also im not saying we dont need a new smaller one, just saying this because its true. i welcome all sixshot figures big or small as he is a childhood favorite of mine

I don't know what's hollow about legends Sixshot. What I do know is that I don't buy toys so I can investigate their weight and mass. I buy toys so I can have fun with them, and legends Sixshot is one hell of a fun toy.
He doesn't need a redo. Neither does Shockwave by the way. All he needs is a slight upscaled ko with less greebles and no bird poo.

It's sad how far quality has dropped from TR's Sixshot who is a perfect representation to siege Shockwave who is riddled with problems.

    I love this idea.
They could make some wonderful Quintessons like this.

And I'm on board for the leader class returning to its old size too, starting with Doubledealer.
It's time for the big bots to be big again.

I only know it's hollow because I customized my Takara version. It really is a fun figure, so on that one single solitary point we can agree.

Disagree. The shoulders have compromised articulation, with weird joints that can become loose, and the knees are weak. Plus, the guns aren't accurate and it's a Headmaster, so that needs to go.

    So... a re-do.
Incidentally, I absolutely adore the added detailing. It gives it more personality.
Also, the "bird poo  " is barely there, just some damage paint on the feet

What exactly are the problems Shockwave is "riddled with"? Please elaborate, because I can't seem to find them.

Well it's just my guess, I'll be pleasantly surprised if it is a new mold with new engineering, in fact I am looking forward to all of them being shiny and new:)

regarding the leader size we get these days, power of the primes started a cool gimmick (smaller core bot donning armor to become a leader ) that made leader size reasonable but unfortunately starting with Ultra magnus, we got smaller leaders and finally with shockwave and astrotrain, leader size only became an excuse to charge more for voyagers.
    I dont like that.
I got shockwave because he is shockwave and I needed him but the rest of the leaders, no thanks. not for that much money.
