I'm just happy with the SS BB Prime. Don't see a need for anything more.
Though, that ThreeZero one looks rather stunning...

I’m getting that one as a standalone definitive Prime figure. A work of art. But none of the other ones sadly

Found it. Although it doesn’t show that there’s a peg on the stand plugged into Arcee’s back that connects under Elita’s front cowling.

It won’t be fun. Avoid pets, vacuum cleaners and vents while attempting this combination.

    I used this video:

Edit: Here's a pic of how I have Chromia's rear wheel oriented. It fits in the center if you don't like it rotated out:

Another thing you can do is pose Chromia's gun with Arcee's. Elita-1's wheel hand can support Chromia's arm. This adds a wheel to the gun arm similar to the concept's.

It isn't too painful after you figure it out. This was the third time for me and nothing pops off anymore. 1229192119-1.jpg

Genuinely two of the hardest to find Transformer toys I've ever searched for. Took me years to find these two. Figured this is the thread that will appreciate these the most.

Congrats! Love the paintjob on those two.

They can turn a truck into a robot with no truck parts and give him no backpack but they can't turn a truck into a robot with truck parts. What?

When it’s a design you love, billions of releases are great.

when it’s a design you don’t love, you shit on all of the versions being released.

Just accept its popular enough to warrant a lot of competition and move on. No need to endlessly scream into a void that something exists.

I decided to do some quick investigating. Using Red Goblin's chart, the tip of Strafe's horn should reach Grimlock's waist. With SS Grimlock, who clearly has been massively downscaled, Strafe would be about Ironhide's height, which would indeed fit the SS Voyager class.

Here's the TLK deluxe roughly upscaled to SS Grimlock-scale height.

Obviously it'd be amazing to have properly scaled SS Dinobots, but I'd guess it's be too expensive to mass produce and for most to buy. Strafe, the smallest dinobot, would need to start as a Leader at least SS Jetfire's size, and the other three would need to be Supreme or Titan Class figures. I'm pretty sure even the OS SS Grimlocks were too small to be in scale, but at size they should be passable.

With that in mind, I think having smaller SS Dinobots are fine if that means they are cheaper and easier to collect, as long as they are accurate and still feel sizable.

Bonus: Deluxe Strafe seems to scale well in Dino mode.

My second semi-late Christmas gift this year was none other than SS Dropkick. Tolerance issues aside, Dropkick has a pretty cool vehicle mode and a very sweet looking robot mode, especially for a Movieverse Con. Quite the blue meanie.

Well there goes scale in Studio Series. Grimlock seems more in line with the scale seen in G1 rather than the scale in the movies. Granted, it's gonna be way too expensive making a scale accurate Grimlock for SS. Plus where would he fit on the shelf?

As someone who also likes to collect rare figures, including legends scaled ones, this is awesome to see!
Whattt I didn't know they had a Strafe upscale that had the same colors as TLK deluxe.

Lol its like everyone and their mother is releasing a figure of this design.

Nice finds, congrats! That color scheme works quite well for those figures. Now I'd love to see their old deluxes get that color treatment...

Jeez so many BB primes, whereas I still think LT-02 is the best movie prime we’ve ever gotten, at least that’s the design I like the most of the 3 variations we’ve had.

So I have had SS Soudnwave for 3 days now and I have to say he is just dang perfect. Hits the two main points for me: looks good in both modes and transformation is quick and simple. For me it breaks down like this: if I can't transform a deluxe in 5 minutes, a voyager in 10, and a leader in 15 it is FAR too complex. It makes it not fun at all if it takes me 30 minutes to get a figure from one form to another. Soundwave, once you understand how to do it, transforms nice and smooth.
