It shouldn't be. Slapdash, sure I can see as a Mirage repaint. Sureshot should get his own mould, that again, can be reused on Joyride and Ruckus. It makes financial sense and character sense.

I honestly think that would be super cool. Even if the transformation was a bit corkscrewy and twisty-turny, I'd be down. I just want the cartoon accurate bulb look with the right faces though. It may seem like a dumb idea, but I'd really like it if Hasbro put out some model/playsets of some of the spaceships (Ark, Nemesis, Autobot Shuttle, Quintesson ship, etc.) in Pulse, similar to Unicron but smaller.
Why would they give a z-list character that has close to zero repaint potential his own mold when they don't need to? We know they can turn Wheeljack into a Sunstreaker that looks the part to a T. There's nothing an original mold would do better.
I don't feel the need for a Clouder redeco, but I had hoped for Buster and Hydra, only for the purpose of finishing the Starscream combiner.
I thought that Joyride would share a mold with a new getaway - the reason I'm thinking that is because a) the chest rotates and the back rotates down so its a pretty similar transformation, but to be honest it could equally be used for sureshot.
I would prefer a new Darkwing and dreadwind - more voyager sized. I thought the POTP Darkwing was brilliant, but that they cheaped out on dreadwind by not doing a new mold and using a faux plane cockpit chest.
Big agree here. The classic trio is obvious, but then we need Coneheads, a Slipstream retool, and the welcoming committee or Sunstorm by himself at the bare minimum.

I think with the brand new Apeface, we all knew that a new Snapdragon toy was only a matter of time. Trailbreaker was also something I think we all expected as soon as we saw Hoist. I got really excited when I saw Rung, hoping it was a new, larger figure, until I saw that it was yet another Battlemaster reissue. Nuts! I’m looking forward to seeing a new Doubledealer mold (I’ve always loved faction switchers) and I’m quite curious about that Quintesson. Hmmm.
Don’t kill me, but would a doubledealer into deathsaurus retool be a terrible idea? So long as doubledealer isn’t a voyager with extra crap slapped all over it to make it a leader.
Amen. Like a normal coloured Starscream and Thundercracker & Skywarp there's multiple Decepticon uses of the CW/POTP Jet limbs that haven't been done a left easy money lying unclaimed by Hasbro. I mean a straight black & purple repaint of Superion as Destron Sixwing? How hard could it be??
