If I come across a Hydroman for $11, I'll probably grab him. I originally bought him for $20 but his arms and ab crunch were loose as hell so I returned him.
With the Walmart clearance, I finally completed the Lizard and Wendigo waves. I got Cannonball Gwenpool, Guardian, and X-Force Wolverine. I would love to get the Rock Python but the Avengers wave isn't clearance.
The Avengers wave is part of it? All I saw where the Captain Marvel StarForce exclusive that were marked down. I didn't do a price check on the non-tagged ones through.
Maybe. Loki, WM and Python are marked down at mine. Target employes dont give a shit, half the time, though.
So I checked about 8 stores now and price checked everybody. None are on clearance other then Captain Marvel StarForce. Must be YMMV then.
Are you me? You must be me. Besides what you mentioned, I'd kill for a Simonson Balder, Executioner, and Hela, along with scarred-face Thor. Throw in some random demons and I'd recreate the hell out of Skurge's last stand at Gjallerbru. Hell, I'd take a Simonson wave with a Kurse BAF while we're at it if we're doing wish lists.
No luck with the Spider-Man MLs at my local Walmart. At that price I would've even considered Hydroman, but all they had was two Spider-Women. =( Said there were supposed to be 13 others on the floor when I asked guy with a scanner, but nowhere to be found.
I actually stopped collecting the ML line as it was pretty much an impulse purchase thing for me, but I could NOT pass up an $11 Mr. Sinister at Walmart. He was always a favorite of mine when I used to read the comics, so for the price, I'm happy.

I went to Walmart this morning and saw the Wendigo wave on clearance for $11 each. Funny enough, I was there to return two extra Nightcrawlers that I bought at regular price. I had only previously purchased Nightcrawler and Mr. Sinister, but at $11 each, I couldn't pass that up and finished off the wave. At regular price, I wouldn't have bought any of the others.
It surprises me to see Nightcrawler still around on shelves given he's a popular X-Men character. Maybe cause he comes 2 to a case?
When the wave first hit, he was scarce and going for $40 each on the secondary market, but since he's 2 per case and stores got in a great deal of cases, he's been peg-warming, at least where I'm from. At $11, I thought about getting a couple more in case he becomes the next Pizza Spidey or Rogue.
