    I called and was told it hadn't actually been shipped, but was damaged ("as a collectible, it's not suitable to send") and a replacement was being sent next week. o_O

    So Amazon has only cancelled Prime and Grapple, right? Nobody else? I only had Prime and Wheeljack ordered.

    Hey folks, had anyone here had AJ ship them something despite it being cancelled? I received an MP-47 the other day that I’d cancelled just days after ordering and now been charged for it. I can’t get an email in, and wasn’t able to get an English speaking agent last night. Any ideas?

    Amazon Japan has pre-order cancellation windows, and sometimes won't even allow cancellations from the get-go. That may have been what happened.

    The cancellation window for MP-47 closed on June 21st. I'm surprised it let you even click on a cancellation option. On the plus side though, since he's so new, you could probably sell him to a fellow collector and get all your money back.

    Update: Amazon Japan is sending a new MP Hound to me. I have to pay for shipping as it's an international shipment, but that's fairly inexpensive. I do have to ship the broken one back by DHL, but they will reimburse me for the shipping cost of that. I baby my figures, but I think I'll have to treat Hound like an infant and be incredibly careful and gentle. Here's hoping the replacement will be fine. Either way, I think the last couple G1 MPs I've bought have soured me a bit to the Takara line. This will most likely be my last official MP.

    Got my MP47 Hound today from AJP. Didn't know DHL delivered on Sundays. Was scheduled for Monday. Pleasant surprise tho when he knocked on the door. Maybe because of the holidays?

    Anyone where to find or order the cyberverse deluxe figures? I have shockwave and prime but I’m still looking for bumblebee and megs. Any help would be awesome.

    UK buyers were told theirs' would ship in February at the latest after being continually told for months it couldn't be sourced.

    As I understand it, the Amazon US holiday sales finished the current stock. But that's not to say it won't get restocked, and I would assume the UK situation is actually a good sign otherwise why continually offer it at all?

    Out of curiosity, did anyone notice when Greenlight went out of stock, and any chance at a restock? I'd been pushing it off for a while since it stayed in stock for so long, had been thinking of using a gift card I got on it, and whoopsie, not currently available.

    I am glad they are replacing Hound for you. I have to say that the switch to Vietnamese manufacturing has made the MP line a mixed bag in terms of QC. Paint issues you'd expect from a KO, too tight or too loose joints at random, and misassembled pieces. It's really a shame because the MP engineering and design is at an all time high and so is the price...

    How much did you have to pay for shipping? Mine came with a broken tailgate as well, and I'm debating whether it's worth the hassle and expense of trying to exchange it

    ...eh, I doubt there will be a restock. The previous Amazon exclusives had restocks because they sold out so fast in their initial releases. Greenlight, the G2 Sideswipe set, and the Skywarp set were in for a good bit before they sold out. (G2's never actually sold out. It's on sale, right now. I'd imagine at some point it will.)

    If you see something you want, if you can afford it, you should get it because you never know when it's going out of stock these days. Clearly, all of the stores are slowly figuring out that less is more and it makes their numbers look good when things "sell out".

    If nothing else, a 3rd party seller on Amazon, or someone on eBay is your best bet.

    I got Hound today, the glue on the side of the box popped open but Hound was secure inside. Fingers crossed that the figure is intact and stable.
