I got one from the trailer if you want it since I don't ever plan on getting Archenemy.

 

Is it normal that his legs don't tab together very securely in alt mode? The fold down panels just don't seem to hold them...it's fine for display, but any kind of fiddling with the truck and the legs seem to come a little loose.

 

Still want a re-release of this guy with the G2 Prime upgrades.


Also...I still need this guy's trailer as well.

 

I'm still a little ticked we couldn't just buy those separately like the fists and an extra gun that G2 got. They do everything else right don't skimp on that part. I understand the no matrix chamber.

 

Has anyone painted the eyes? If so, how'd it turn out?

 

Weird part of the matrix chamber thing is cavity is supposedly there, just locked off - odd decision imo.

I'd love to get those extra weapons and stuff alone (im not buying the trailers for either) but understand it's just not profitable for most companies to do that at all, so pretty normal.
Head/hands/feet is much less plastic and there is precedent for those items ALONE selling better than other stuff if you look at what other companies have done over the years (kfc hands etc)

 

You know, given the pre-order gift for Black Power Baser was a Black Matrix, it kinda annoys me even more that the chest cavity for Archenemy is locked off (and it sounds if you do manage to pry the chest panels open, they won't lock back in place after?). Since the Power Basers have no matrix storage, sure would be nice if I had a place to put the matrices they came with! At least the matrix I got with PB is currently residing in Delta Magnus.

I know Scourge had no matrix, but whatever, the matrix that came with BPB would've fit the black deco of Archenemy.

 

Guys..I just got this guy and lovin' it so far. Only thing that bothers me so far are his dead eyes.

Any colors that y'all can recommend for me to use? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

 

I use Tamiya clear red mixed with a *tiny* bit of chrome silver. (Too much turns it pink.)

 

The reprolabels page said the trailer has a 50% coupon, can anyone confirm this? I don't have the trailer yet but I'm thinking about getting the stickers for it while I order other stuff so I don't need to make multiple orders.

Also, I got my Scourge secondhand and it turns out it's missing some pieces. Anyone know if there's a way to contact them and buy a spare piece?

 

It does. Or rather, it did have a coupon back when I got it, but that was when it first came out. I presume the trailer would still come with the coupon.

 

Just got delivered today. Now waiting to see if Zeta does a Ruination repaint of Armageddon...

...i'm having difficulty getting both halves of his hood and side boxes to tab together completely: i can tab together at the front bumper, the base of the windshield, or either side box, but not all at the same time, leaving an unsightly gap at the least-recently-squeezed parts of the joint...

 

I bought the G2 Prime trailer during their Black Friday sale and it did come with the reprolabels coupon. I assume the Archenemy one still does too. That set is friggin expensive.

 

Sounds like you need to push the shoulder joint inwards. They're on a slider. If you post a picture I can tell you what's wrong for sure.

 

...that was exactly my problem; they weren't quite slid all the way inward...i swung out his forearms for direct access to the upper shoulder joints, pressed them all the way to their inner detents, et violà: thank you!..

...so tell me, is this remnant gap between the side panels and rear fenders normal, or do i need to muscle-up the waist and legs a little harder?..the tabs are definitely inserted, but not locked-in all the way...

 

Yeah, as far as I can tell you have that part right.

 

Recently got my Scourge and trailer in the mail. I love be the heft to him. He's a lot of fun to mess with. His colors are awesome. Wish the alt mode was good from the backside, but the trailer helps with this.

 

Love this figure too and definitely preferred it over G2 OP. You are right about the alt mode though and still would have preferred if they would have provided the remolded parts from the knees of G2 OP for Scourge with the trailer.

 

Was supposed to receive mine Saturday but idiot Fedex delayed delivery until Tuesday! Will post pics as soon as I get my mitts on him!
