Just got a notification from ShowZ to pay the rest of the order since they will apparently get the new batch very soon, so I checked and it indeed changed from [Pre-order] to [In Coming] so if any of you are planning to get this guy it's a great time to do so!

He said he needs the 2nd copy for the alt mode and he doesn't want to wait until March (even if I suggested him that ShowZ may actually have it sooner). He said he's gonna send me money by the end of the year.

No complaints whatsoever. This guy is solid. If anything, some of his joints and hinges are TOO tight.

Some parts broken on me, and me wangjangling has made stuff broken though.

 

Would anyone here say the quality is comparable to their M01 Commander? I had that one a couple of years back and was super impressed with the overall plastic strength, rubber tires, good tolerances and tabs and glossy finish.

 

M01 Commander is one of my favorites. They are somewhat close in build quality. Plastic strength is different since there are smaller, thinner pieces and hinges on their 07 Prime. Its a lot more intricate (an OS modified MPM) whereas the other is an OS modified Voyager.

I have a thin piece in the shoulder air filter that cracked without me transforming it or really posing it, so I'll probably pick up a 2nd copy if I want to transform one. More finicky, joint tolerances are great but tabs and such idk.

Finish on Thunder Leader is better imo, it has a ton more detail and shelf presence. Its my favorite movie Prime now.

Design adds integrated swords, individually articulated hands, slight ab crunch, and a really cool wheel transformation gimmick so he finally has all 8 back wheels (static, plastic) while the front 2 are rubber (moveable).

 

Thanks for the information, peeps. I'm so tempted to get one, having just picked up Mpm-4.
Don't really want to wait until march for Showz to get more stock though... might take a chance with an eBay seller with good feedback instead, and if anything goes wrong I'll have good old PayPal on my side I guess.
