Definitely interested in seeing more of this Terminator crossover, from that premise alone it sounds like a fun and cool concept for a story. It'd be crazy to see Primus and Skynet somehow interact with each other.
I’m interested because I dig the first two Terminator films, but mainly I’ll pick it up for Milne art. But the IDW Transformers series have been pretty bland since the universe reboot.
I'd rather trust Dark Horse writers and editors with TF / Terminator, especially for $5 a floppy. They're the only ones since T2 to ever come close to doing the Terminator series justice. Barber is a mediocre writer, but at least he's not a snooze fest like the current writer.
It was used for a Galaxy Force Minicon back in the day (before being given the unfortunate name “Skidmark” by FunPub). Skidmark (GF) - Transformers Wiki
Terminator v. Transformers. Sounds stupid already. As bad as everything else they've crossed over Transformers with so far. What's next? Transformers v Planet of the Symbiotes. Transformers versus Alien versus Predator versus Terminator versus Robocop versus Ninja Turtles versus Lobo?
IDW’s Transformers Vs. The Terminator Monthly Series: Ramondelli Cover Artwork Preview - Transformers News - TFW2005
Care to tell me if you've read any of their crossover series? If not, then you have no leg to stand on here, given that IDW's last Transformers crossover series was very well received by people here who actually read it.
Oh, I don't know; I'm sure they've got as much right to criticise something they've not experienced as much as the next person. I'm not really a fan of this particular crossover's premise, even though I loved the idea of the Cyberman vs the Borg in another crossover comic, for example.
So long as Ramondelli stays on the cover, and doesn't contaminate the interior pages with his stink. We finally got The God-Pen Himself, Alex Milne back. Here's hoping that Barber brings his A-Game to writing.
