Ignoring the bargain/kiddie releases like Authentics, Cyberverse, etc., I’d have to go with Fatty...or maybe TLK...

I fixed the number for you ;)
You wouldn’t want to be confused with the two primes!

Agreed on Cybertron Optimus Prime, which is why I didn't get the Siege Galaxy "Upgrade" version. That doesn't look remotely like any fire truck that I've ever seen, and I'm also not keen on the yellow optics.

I’m only going to go by what I’ve personally owned.

For me, the Titans Return Powermaster Optimus Prime was the worst. I was genuinely excited for it when I bought the Siege on Cybertron set. I even bought the upgrade kit at the same time.

In hand, it was shit. I installed the kit, but the feet were terrible, the tabs popped out like crazy, and it just felt cheap and hollow. It was just another reason that, aside from a few exceptions, I absolutely hated Titans Return.

Combiner Wars Optimus was too blocky, but I can easily forgive it given it’s real purpose was to be a torso. He’s just got a wittle, iddy-biddy head.

That's quite the hot take. Those two are among some of my favorite figures of all time.

Out of the ones I own, I'd say my pick would be the DOTM Voyager. It's not even a bad figure. It was just so disappointing after ROTF.

I don't get this. I freaking love those version. It's fun, looks amazing, easy and simple transformation, fantastic articulation, great plastic.

So the truck mode is a little quirky, it rolls great and the gun is ok.

    I'll never understand the hate.

That sucks that some many dislike TR PM Optimus   but I do agree that the feet could have easily been better designs. I really do like that you got a little guy in the cab driving Optimus around & I like how the cab opens it's very 80s scifi/MASK like to me.
One Optimus that bothered me was Armada Prime. After I purchased Bendy Prime back in the day I looked at the Super class Prime and was like WTF is this & why is it in my apartment!? I heard the trailer potentially can catch on fire.
I'll take that energon combiner Prime over that sorry energon deluxe Prime.
That combiner wars Optimus is the worst Optimus I can think of.

At first I picked combiner wars Optimus as the worst Optimus but then I remembered the dotm voyager Optimus exist. What a terrible figure. The truck mode is butt ugly with the weird, unnecessary solar panels clashing with the the overall design,The horribly fiddly gas containers on the back, The lazy fraux chest with the actual truck windows hidden behind it. And the cheep fraux wheels on the legs. And not to mention the ugly proportions with the tiny torso and oversized legs that puts potp starscream to shame. Studio series Optimus had a fraux chest but at least it actually tried to be accurate to the character, had decent proportions and was pretty solid. It came out as a decent figure and was basically the dotm Optimus done right.

    ?
What's wrong with it? It's a decent Prime head for the size of the figure, eyes a bit large for the lightwell but far from being as bad as may others.

The G1 Powermaster OP. Proportions are all over the place, it's G1 so no articulation and it's just ugly as f$@*

Wait...wasn't there a Prime that would catch on fire?

The FoC one takes the cake in hand.

    List of sins:

    GRAY HANDS.

One of the smallest deluxe figures. This LITERALLY scales with nothing besides WFC Grimlock.

Less bulky than the game design it’s based on, omitting ribs, transformation steps.

    It barely transforms.

Hollow and lightweight. Weighs less than many Legends class figures, I’d venture.

Most of the others have play gimmicks to justify what they do.

No spinning punch, Titanmaster head, base mode, trailer, electronics, ability to form a torso. Every other figure on that list makes compromises for gimmicks that fans who dislike those figures don’t care about.

If you think like a kid who perhaps only wants figures with a push button gimmick then that deluxe Classics G1 Optimus is going to rate higher. You might forgive the shortcomings if you think figures without a push button feature are inferior.

If you only collect combiners or like gorilla proportions, CW Optimus works. Heck: he’s the best proportioned alongside PotP Elita One and you can plug limbs into the two and have them go on a Combiner Date and have a semi-plausible scenario to stage robot combiner erotica if that’s your thing. No judgment from me on that. It’s a reason why, for somebody, CW Optimus might be worth trade offs.

There’s nothing that FoC Deluxe Optimus gets as a positive tradeoff.

Out of the ones I have owned I say the TR Voyager.

No way in hell. The ROTF Leader mold and all of its various versions and remolds and MPM are amazing, as are a ton of the various Voyager figures from throughout the years.
