I'm totally with you though. I'm even in the camp that wants everyone pre-Shockwave~Inferno redone, but the older molds still look excellent alongside the newer ones and are plenty good enough for now!

 

I don't remember where I said it recently, but the "+" versions, for me, was enough of a fix for the older molds. I would welcome anything new Takara wants to throw our way, but the only figures I really want to see redone are the seekers. I think they are in need the most. Especially after that perfect Starscream head came with Prime

 

For me, Soundwave and Starscream could use an update. Sideswipe too, but beyond that I’m mostly happy with what we have. I’d rather have new characters (Insecticons, Constructicons, Ark Crew).

edit: I should note that I wouldn’t say no to a Tracks 2.0, or an Ironhide 2.0, or most definitely an Ultra Magnus 2.0. I just think they’re good enough that I’d choose a new character over a redo of one of them.

 

Yeah, the only reasons I was able to bring myself to sell off Soundwave and Starscream are that they looked the most out of place with all the newer molds and +s, resale value was good at the time, and I'm very sure some kind of update is coming for them sooner or later. If not I'll just buy 'em back

Only thing wrong with it is it needs more Kup, Arcee, Springer, Perceptor, Blaster, Galvatron, Scourge, and Cyclonus! Hell, throw Wheelie in there, too!

out of curiosity, since im relatively new to mp collecting, is there a reason there was never a ghost redeco of the mp-11 seeker mold? i want a ghost starscream, but literally the only option seems to be mp-3g, which ive heard is a pretty crap mold compared to mp-11. hell there doesnt even seem to be any 3p options in mp scale

I love the masterpiece line, but I am afraid prices are getting so high that they may prices collectors out of the market? My Bee is still my favorite with grimlock a close second. Not sure on anime bee yet. Excited to see hound!

 

I heard on my way home that a building on my block was burning. Luckily it wasn’t my place but unfortunately the neighbors weren’t so lucky. I think there’s at least two or three Halls worth of Firefighters right outside.

Inferno’s keeping an eye out for them, wishing he could help.
