Terminators are both sentient and sapient, just no distinct personality to speak of and they're mindslaves to Skynet. Still... It's not like they could avoid being stomped on by Cybertronians.

 

I’m seriously bored of non-canon elseworlds storylines. We have multiple continuities already. We don’t need some throwaway new continuity being created just to host a single short story. I’m all for new stories, but just fit them into an existing continuity that doesn’t screw up the timeline.

I had the same problem with the Ghostbusters crossover. “It’s like the 80s cartoon but it’s not the 80s cartoon” - then stick it in the 80s cartoon timeline then. Lots of potential there.

 

Newsarama is reporting that next year there will be a comics crossover event for Transformers and Terminator.

Man...I'm in. Loved Rom VS transformers. Barber and Milne are a GREAT team, and I look forward to reading this, but...

 

I foresee a lot of transforming HKs. OR a plant full of giant vats of liquid metal.

 

Sure not at first...but who's to say that Skynet wouldn't eventually make units that can go up against a Cypertronian? Skynet's proven to adapt when needed to so it'll likely happen again here.

 

In the end it needs to be Tarn vs. Skynet for total domination. I can see the last panel showing Tarn crushing Skynet's cpu in his hand.

Nope. Skynet will take over Cosmos and make him a badass on the same level as Ultra Magnus. Cosmos will cut through everybody. Skynet will just make Shockwave more EMO than he already is.

 

This isn’t something I ever expected to see, but is definitely something I can get behind.

Loving these crossovers lately. First Star Trek, then Ghostbusters, now this. Who knows what’ll be next.

 

The crossover I thought about, but now I'm intrigued to read.
