HasTask looks to be overall better than this one..

 

MPM-09 is one of the few from the live action movie verse that actually lived up to the title of MPM imo. There really wasn't a whole lot to do to improve on the official figure (unlike several of the previous ones). As a result, the differences are minimal. I personally like what BMB's done, but I can definitely see why people aren't too impressed and prefer the official.

 

Exactly! I still don't have Jazz in my collection. Actually, I was waiting for BMB, but now I think I'll go for HasTask
Or maybe wait for another KO that has accurate car color, not this silver

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Black Apple took up Jazz as a project as well after Ironhide. If you don't mind waiting a few years  

 

What's the HasTask one?
Hopefully WeiJiang will KO this MPM09, a bit larger, maybe then there will be a way to make his back thinner, which will be perfect!

 

He is in perfect scale with WJ Prime and the carbots, doesn't need OS

Yeah I also have the original MPM09, still nice.

One thing I'm not sure if BMB improve is the leg joints, my MPM is a bit losing now and falls few times because of that.

 

Idk, the paint seems nicer on the KO, especially with the dark windows which is amazing. The things missing seem to be things they would be sued over. Overall think the KO wins here.

 

Just saw lichlute review... The head is for sure an improvement over the official mpm, but the mpm has many more painted details on the body... Ko's head and mpm's body would be the best choice!! I'll wait to see the price of the ko to decide if it is worth

 

I think there is no space to improve the design. Its gonna be like MPM Bumblebee, wich has only better repaints. I dont think weijiang will work on this figure like in Ironhide who has a lot of quality issues and its not movie accurate. For 40$, he is worth it.

The model in lichlute's review seems to bee a pre-production, or a test. There are some official photos where the model has better painting, including the logo painted.

No worries, they'll likely add more soon like they did with Zeta Bee. But it's recommended to grab him quickly since BMB/Aoyi announced that they're gonna raise prices next year

 

Hope so! Last night there was nothing for him and this morning he's sold out! No surprise considering how good this figure is. I'll jump on it as soon as it comes back out

 

Im gonna wait until february, and if there isnt any other KO of Jazz, I will buy this one.

 

Is it just me, or does the silver look too bright?

While the blue visor isn't accurate i prefer it to the grey one. I personally like when the visors match the bots eye color.
