Nor mine. Not anyone's, I'd bet. I sent them an email and have heard nothing back. I'll give them a few more days then send another email. If they don't respond after that I guess it'll be time to get PayPal involved.
I got my Archenemy on the 14th, but I was waiting quite a bit before I got the shipping notice as well.
After reading this and another tread I decided to check my order as well. Seems Gmail in it's infinite wisdom auto located my "order has shipped" email from fanshobby under the promotions tab which I don't receive alerts for or check, well ever. My order is in Japan currently and according to FedEx will arrive at my house in Ohio tomorrow by 16:30 est., sure..but it has shipped.
Meanwhile, despite having the lowest order number (among the people I've talked to) my order from the day before Thanksgiving still hasn't shipped. I don't care if they're giving stuff away for free, no way in hell I'm ordering from their store again. I'm giving them until the weekend, then I'm filing a PayPal claim.
Have you looked deep in your email? If you are using Gmail check under Promotions. @Bruticon and myself both found ours hidden in there.
Yeah, I even opened the order from my original order confirmation. Still said "Your order is confirmed, we'll email you when it's ready" as of 9:00pm Eastern. I'm watching hockey right now. Decided to hit up TFW during intermission, saw your reply, and decided to check my email again. Looks like I got the "we shipped your stuff" email a little after 10:00. EDIT: I'll believe it when I see it, especially since it's not even in the US yet, but the expected delivery date is Friday. DOUBLE EDIT: I'll be kind of amused if this actually arrives before the Capone I ordered from ShowZ, who's tracking hasn't updated since it left China on the 6th.
Surprised by the mix responses on the shipping. Based on Fans Hobby's reply when I ask about my order this week, which I didn't hear from them until 2 days later, it seemed like they hadn't sent them out yet. Within that same email, they provided me tracking for my two orders. One went FedEx and is supposed to be here Thursday. The other three packages are whenever because they were sent what is essentially is the US version of First Class mail so it could be closer to end of the year before I see them. Can't say I'm excited by that but at least they replied back to me and rectified the situation quickly so if you hadn't received a reply in that same time frame, email them again. They could've just missed your email because it went to spam or overlooked it because it would seem all of us are doing the same thing in contacting them about our Thanksgiving orders.
Mine shipped out Monday. The free shipping option they used was a good one, it is already state side and should be delivered tomorrow
Pm them on Facebook to get them to check your email/order. I finally just got my shipping confirmation after emailing and messaging them. They are probably just flooded with orders I guess. Hope it helps the bros out there.
I'm still a little miffed that it took them three weeks to ship, but holy cow, I wish more Chinese shippers used whatever method FH used! (Yes, I know they're in Hong Kong and not mainland China, but my package went through Guangzhou.) I got the shipping notice late Tuesday night and it's already left a FedEx facility in California with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow. Meanwhile the Capone I ordered from ShowZ shipped on the 3rd and hasn't updated since the 6th.
...just received a mystery fedex notification for delivery today: always difficult to tell this time of year, but the timing’s right for my black friday package to arrive!.. edit: two separate packages!
Got my stuff in finally. Everything was individually packaged. Only opened up Gun Fighter so far, I really dig this figure.
Like I said, I was pretty mad at how long they took to ship, but once they did ship it got here super fast. In my case, they'd packed the five things I'd ordered (the three monsterbots plus the trailers for Gunfighter and Archenemy) into a shipping box for Power Basers, and it went from Hong Kong to my door in under a week. Plus they put a $10 coupon in with it. I'm thinking that I might use it to order Godbomber; that'll bring the price down to $105. Even with almost $20 for shipping that should be still be a little cheaper (and hopefully faster) than my usual Asian stores, and lot cheaper than my usual US-based stores.
Yeah, think I'm gonna use that coupon code to get God Bomber and Athena. 2 seperate orders, seems the code can be used as much as ya want til the expiration date.
...i wonder why they glued archenemy's chest closed?..can you take a picture of gunfighter's matrix cavity, so i can see why fans hobby considered that an essential change?..
