Meh. As far as I'm concerned, Blitzwing isn't a seeker. I acknowledge that the movie made him look similar and they probably meant him to be one (honestly I'd bet he was Starscream but then they decided to change the name since they didn't want to kill Screamer in the first couple minutes - not sure why they thought it was a good idea to invoke an important character like Blitzwing only to kill him off but I guess that's a remnant of the Bayverse mentality). So I personally wouldn't have any interest in Blitzwing being repainted into Starscream. Besides, there's no reason for Starscream to have an earth mode since he didn't come to earth. And if they were going to give him an earth alt mode, I'd prefer they make him an F-15, not an F-4.

I didn't say it had anything to do with his design. I just don't consider a non-character to be important enough that I'd want a toy of him. That's why transformers exist at all, after all - if they thought we'd buy the toys with no characters behind them, Hasbro would've just reboxed the diaclone figures and left it at that. But, since a good design is enough for you (and Blitzwing was a pretty good design aside from his weird face) then I suppose it makes sense you'd want a toy of him and I hope you get one.

Well, acknowledging a fault is the first step towards fixing...

Yeah that throws me off as well. It looks like the one furthest along the nose seems kinda useless though.

It's nice that were getting movie figures based on this be continuity, but I'm still waiting for someone to make Crosshairs.

It's also nice to see that we are getting figures that aren't the size of statues.

Still trying to figure out why Cybertronian Starscream has a cockpit.

 

It has my attention, but how stable will it be?

 

This has been a debatable issue since the dawn of transformers. The best explanation I’ve heard is “sensor array”. That makes some sense to me.

 

This bothered me a lot too, but the way I’ve rationalized it is that the transformers got their alt-modes from or were constructed by aliens that utilized their altmodes for various reasons

 

The most common explanation i remember for passenger seats is that they are remnants of the Quintesson enslavement. I know for sure that idea was used in the Aligned, not sure if in other continuities.

 

Cause franchise is silly.

But if you need a serious answer I’d just go with the animated explanation that they were transport vehicles and it just made sense to keep having them.

 

Why? I mean why try to figure it out? Of all the things that may or may not make sense about the franchise, that's the one you're getting hung up on?

 

It's so someone like me might actually buy it. Dianauts matter.

 

which makes him different from Starscream HOW?! at least Blitzwing DID STUFF for his limited screentime; Starscreams' appearance in the Bee Movie is akin to marking a character checklist.

 

Or maybe their head or something is in there and are "driving" themselves lol

 

The only fault of Blitzwing was his name. A secondary seeker would be better than use the name of a triple changer that actualy only shows two forms. But in a just a few seconds onscreen, he demostrate that was a real threat. He done a lot in the movie for my personal opinion.

In other movies there are characters that not even talk or they just appear like a flash, and people gets crazy for buying the figures haha.
