I recently purchased some products in the fanshobby internet store but its been some days already and havent heard any news about the shipment, anybody knows how much time they usually take to ship?

 

Did you order during their Black Friday sale? I ordered all three Monsterbots and the trailers for Gunfighter and Archenemy and my stuff hasn't shipped either. I'm sure they're just swamped from the sale, nothing to worry about yet.

 

Is not that im "worried" because they are the manufacturer and no some ebay seller xD, but its the first time i purchase from their store so i was wondering how long it usually takes them to ship.

 

Well, usually not this long. But it's also not usually a Black Friday sale.

My Archenemy plus trailer still hasn’t shipped yet, I’m hoping it’ll get out fairly soon though.

I sent them a polite email and haven't received a reply. I'll give them until the weekend, then shoot them a less polite email before getting PayPal involved.

 

Bought a trailer in the sale and got my shipping notice for it this morning.

 

I made an order on Nov. 29th and haven't heard any thing yet. Not worried about it. I'm sure they're swamped from the sale.

 

i got this reply on their fb page "Goods started shipping this week & will inform u once goods are dispatched!" so there goes my hope to get them before xmas

Got my trailer today, China to the UK in just four days after the shipping e-mail. Not bad.

Still waiting on my, it's been over two weeks.

My order (for what it's worth, the three Monsterbots) shipped on Dec. 12 and just -- like, a half-hour ago -- arrived in Japan en route to the US.

I've gotta believe they were apocalyptically slammed after Black Friday. Sometimes low prices demand extra patience.

 

Mind me asking what your order number is? So far you and @Raika are the only ones who've said FH shipped your stuff. Meanwhile I ordered stuff you guys did, and I can't imagine I ordered particularly late since my order was actually made on Wednesday the 27th (#1533). My order still hasn't shipped, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. I mean, there's needing some extra patience, and then there's taking my money then ghosting me for three weeks.

 

My order number is #1625. I sent an email asking for an update this morning. When I went to check my email to look up my number to post in this thread, I found a shipping notice that I received about 2 hours ago.

 

I haven't recieved any shipping info yet either, but glad to hear they are startingbbto roll out.

 

my package ...."Scheduled delivery: Tuesday 12/24/2019 by 6:00 pm" i dont think is realistic that this thing will arrive in time for Xmas
