I still find it odd they painted this one silver. G1 Skydive is grey. Has he ever been shown as being silver, in any medium? (Well, the G2 plastic was kinda "Dinobot silver-grey", but that's a whole different scheme)

 

i did wonder about that too some nice grey paint would have looked well nice



the red they went for is darker than it should be too



i do like the colours they have gone for but would have prefered a more g1 colour scheme where the red is concerned

still debating on repainting mine will decide once i have them all inhand

Transformation was nice. Without knowing about combined mode, Solid B figure. Full point deduction for not finding a Engineering work around on the hinge that restricts the waist.

I got my Goose yesterday and had a little time to fiddle with him. I think it’s a great figure, articulation issues aside. Is suspect a future figure may come with a new double-hinged flap that we could use to replace the one that limits the rotation. Transformation is relatively straightforward, and I really love his jet mode. I think the transformation for Air Raid will be very similar, after seeing the pictures of the most recent early production pieces. That’s most likely why the backpack is so large, but it doesn’t really bother me.

Now I need to get some Ocean Designs water slides. Where’s the best place to get these nowadays?

 

Am I misremembering or wasn't there some indication that the backpacks for Skydive etc could be arranged to sit lower or higher on their backs? Or am I thinking Zeta?
