jiangyaoming2018_0 has had his feedback go up slightly, but he also added 10 more Weijiang Omegadrones to the sale that I bought from, that had previously sold out. Now it says 10 more available:/

And both my tracking numbers are still inactive. It’s only been three days, mind you, but......

Maybe it's a little too soon? Has anyone ordered from him a week ago and still doesn't have active tracking?

 

That's ridiculous. In this case, how does one prove to eBay that's the seller's fault?

 

Probably they sometimes have height and weight info on the package as it goes through the postal system? And eBay and PayPal has buyer protection guarantee, so they give the buyer the benefit of the doubt?

Think if you do it too many times eBay might question you about it, read on this thread before the buyer had to file a police report to show eBay to get their money back since the buyer legitimately got scammed/filed too many claims in a short period of time.

So don't get scammed if you can help yourself.

I mean, sure that's a crap outcome, and say what you want about the scammers, but I'd happily take that over some of the tiny bags of beads or batteries I'd gotten in my early days of China Ebay scammers.

You'll have a weight on your parcel, my parcel was supposed to weigh 2 kg what i got weighed 5 grams if that! when i got ripped off for quiteus in the end i got my money back it was a clear case of fraud, however i think if the sellers were to be clever about it i think they could really make your life more diffecult sending you parcels of the correct weight saying you've swapped out the item for something else luckily most are pretty stupid and greedy and go through all that trouble, i mean there's a few things they could do to make your life really diffecult

you just gotta be more careful who you buy off, the old saying is true if it looks to be good to be true it usually is

they didn't put the weight on the auction my brother got for me.. I would tape myself opening it.

 

Back in 'The Old Days' I heard tales of people getting house bricks wrapped in bath towels matching the exact weight of what they bought instead of the item  

Whenever I get a package from China I take photos of the package itself, the details on the label, and then a photo of it opened before the items are removed... seems to have been good enough for ebay on the times I've had to make claims  

 

Probably too soon. His feedback is still steadily going up with no negatives in sight, and at least one of my two tracking numbers has finally gone active as “Acceptance”.

 

im still waiting for a change on my tracking, its been a week and im not sure whether im just being impatient or is it suspicious that it hasnt had an update for this long?
