    Have been playing round with my Apeface finally, for someone who wanted him for ape mode I have to say I find him rather average. :(  Bot mode is cool enough but yea, not impressed with monkey mode. Maybe I'm transforming him wrong (I know thats a common thing) but things just don't click together nice and easily like I like, and even when you do get it right I still think he just looks pretty meh. Tack on the insane amount of battle damage (which I hate so much in this series to begin with) and I'm just not feeling it.

    Such a shame, I was looking forward to him a lot. I really hope Snapdragon (my fav one) is more impressive.

    Again, if I wanted to display him in robot mode I wouldn't mind too much, thats actually pretty cool, but I wanted him in animal mode to go with my other Decepticon Headmasters.

    For those folks who have got Siege Astrotrain - how many 5mm attachment ports does the big grey guy have? I'm curious, as I was thinking of adding to my incoming one n bulking him up..

    How are you folks getting Spinister’s blades to stay in position in bot mode? Is there a catch that I am missing? Mine just flop to one side or the other with no resistance.

    When you form the blades into.a V, there is a notch that's slightly larger on one side that the transformed tail piece that fits through the back part sits in to. It isn't solid, but holds well enough.

    You want the blades exactly like this:

    You'll see there's a tab on the tail section of the helicopter, make sure that tab is fully inserted into the slot, like the back panel can't go any farther. They'll still wobble a bit, but they're pretty much locked in place at that point.

    Check out Exvee's review, first post in the feedback forum for pics- there is a notch in the propeller base which catches the tail fin.
