    Not a bad idea.
And sadly, not without precedent: the MP Bumblebee has a safe space thread.

Parts forming to me is having to leave parts off of certain modes(with nowhere to store at all in 1 or more modes). With Cliffjumper you can either clip the rear of the car to the back or use it as a shield. There's somewhere for all the parts to attach to in either mode, so I'm okay with that but get why some are disappointed.

I definitely am wary about the hollowness going forward. Especially after seeing the hollowness on Grapple and Hoist when they were displayed at a con. Hasbro did announce that prices were gonna go up for their toylines and maybe these hollow parts are a way of maintaining the current MSRP.

Doesn't mean I have to like it and I sure as hell don't.

Eagerly waiting to hear how Starscream turned out in-hand.

Well, if they'd gone for one hand, there'd be a couple of issues.

    - Fewer weaponizer slots. Sure, you could have a flat 5mm port mount but definitely some reduced weaponizer options.
    - Fewer redeco options. Basically all you could do with this mold would be Hoist, Trailbreaker, Unicron Trilogy Red Alert, and Cannonball.

I'd love to be able to contribute to these forums without just constantly being swamped in people complaining, you know? I'd love to hear people talk about why they're excited for a toy for once instead of how it's always the worst thing ever somehow. I'm just tired of the constant negativity, you know? Isn't this hobby supposed to be fun?

I think there's just too many of us that take this way too seriously, to the effect of throwing tantrums about children's toys, and I think we really just need to step back and realize that it doesn't have to be this critical.

Hoist has hollow forearms and visible fists in alt mode because, as has been the trend lately, Hasbro sometimes stops just short of adding that one extra part or joint that would make it a perfect figure.

With that said, I like this Hoist a lot! And it's clearly designed with Trailbreaker in mind as well.

Where Cliffjumper goes, without partsforming, he wouldn't have an accessible rear 5mm port for Weaponizing. There are standard weaponizer points on these figures.

You can also bet the Quintesson will get 9-12 5mm ports somewhere for weaponizing as well unless it acts as Weaponizer armor itself.

I would rather hear or read critical opinions about the toys than read about your personal fatigue.lol.

I don't want to be 'that guy' and I mean this as criticism to the article, not trying to simply hate. Could you guys maybe put an embedded video to the review with the artcle at the very least, and not just screenshot and call them images? It just feels like it takes a bit away from the review.

Right. I'm saying with a permanent hose hand, the options for redecos would be more limited.

I\'m liking this more the more I see it. My only negative opionions are the way the battle damage/wear seem like a digital pattern rather than bruswork, and the height of the chassis from the ground. Minor nit-picks to be sure. The other not as minor thing (but still not the end of the world) are the visible fists just kind of hanging there. Still, this is a good update of the character.

Actually, aside some that just can't post anything without raging, it's been fairly chill.

My post was about the same as yours, the hands thing just doesn't look good, the gaps don't either, but aside that, the figure looks decent. I look at it as; because of these things, he's not as good as he could have been, and I'll not be hunting for him, and will wait for a sale as I don't think that he's worth full price.

On the hands thing, a similar note is that I really wish that they'd give ALL cars a bit more undercarriage spacing as most are barely off the ground, which is really annoying, as it's fine on flat surface, but carpets, on anything at all that isn't flat and you're scratching their "belly". Just a 1mm more on the wheels' connectors would make a huge difference and wouldn't really change much for the robot's look or transformation for most, or at least, wouldn't required a huge adjustment. Heck, if I could find some wide rubber o-rings that would fit over the wheels and look nice, I'd jump on that.

Lots of good looking bots coming out nowadays. Can't wait to get astrotrain, cliffjumper, grapple, hoist, and starscream. Only thing I don't like about cliffjumper is he doesn't have a Autobot symbol on his chest in bot mode. The parts forming stuff doesn't bother me. Thank goodness for reprolabels.

I love literally every single one of these figures so far, except CJ which I merely like.

Hoist is a standout for me so far.

To fit in with the previously-released Legends-class Minibots, so they don't have to redo all the previously-released Minibots in a slightly larger scale.

I just can't stand the hollow forearm design seen on a lot of recent figures. I like to take pictures of my figures, and forearm gaps really look bad up close. Gaps in general severely limit the poses I can use while still making a figure look good.

We'll probably get Bumblebee, and maybe a "fatter" Cosmos, at the the "Deluxe class but Legends size with stuff to make up the price/mass difference", and maybe a Warpath closer to normal Deluxe size, since he was always kind of larger than the other Minibots.
