Nezha looks great. Definitely interested in seeing the other figures from this line. Here's hoping importing them won't be too much hassle.

Good question. By that point, the TFs had been covertly removed from the Marvel universe (or vice versa), so the existence of other, unrelated gods in Marvel wouldn't create too much of a discrepancy. That said, there was mention of an "Omniversal Matrix", an order of higher beings among whom Primus sought a place with, so that detail might provide another explanation.
If it ever appears on TV in the UK ( doubtful i admit) or on youtube i will probably watch this..... If however it does not, i will probably forget it exists.
Didn't know they were based off mythology (kinda guessed but wasnt sure). When I see kid-like characters of any kind involved in shows like these thats what they are, self inserts. Theyre designed to be surrogates for audiences to put themselves in their shoes. Plus I've read too much fanfiction to know the whole "human character turning into a transformer because reasons" is very common for self-inserts. Seeing it here only made me think of them as self-inserts.
Looks to me like the toy takes similar transformation cues as Cyberverse Bumblebee, which makes sense.
Wait, how is it off the mark? I mean, it is a show created for the Chinese audience, is it not? It's not meant to be shown to any other market. Regardless of how you feel about China, that fact still stands.
As someone who really hasn't been interested in Transformers for about 10 years, being that I got really tired of generations stuff, and didn't like Prime very much, and the last thing to really grab my attention was the Unicron Trilogy, I'm digging this. Kind of just found out this was a thing. New ideas, is what I want more of. I may seek this out at some point, and actually buy a new transformer next decade.
TBH, I actually kinda like the look of Nezha`s Transecter , very cool ... If there are any Decepticons ?, Ill pounce depending ....
