    Happy Birthday buddy. Those Takara guys are looking lovely. Megatron has so much play value. If he had modern possibility he’d be godlike. Im kinda glad I get to hold onto mine a little longer.

    I have to agree with Siege being an amazing line. Some of the Micromasters may have been a bit loved in quality but over all I think it’s been a fantasic time. I really loved Titans return but there were a few figures that didn’t hit it quite right for me, but I also feel like the Decepticon target masters and the jump starters were phenomenal. I went for the Takara Legends versions for most things. More expensive but I really felt satisfied with what I got. Even in box I get a great feel from looking them.

    I think I missed most of Potp. I got the Primemasters and Darkwing and Dreadwind. Most others left me feeling a bit flat.

    @MyTea Boc,
    Burnout 2 was probably my favourite, I thought Paradise was fun but at the time it was released open worlds were not where we are now so it got old much quicker.

    Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One is the last open world racer I played and that was great, particularly with the Hot Wheels themed DLC which was a whole new map with rollercoaster tracks based on actual Hot Wheels playsets. Being able to race Transformers cars or Del Boy's van round that environment was great! I was all set to buy the 4th game in the series but then I jumped ship back to PS4.

    So far on PS4 the only driving game I've played is Driveclub which hits the spot in terms of not being too "simmy" and having fictional tracks with nice scenery instead of the same tired checklist of racetracks.

    Partsforming = Zero fucks given here. If that's what it takes to achieve a specific mode then I have no problem with it, same goes for shellforming.

    Burnout 2 for the win. I personally felt that 3 was too fast. Maybe 2 had "rubberband" AI, but I thought it was better for VS races. Had some intense highway brawls back in the day, there's nothing more satisfying than shunting your opponent into oncoming traffic!

    Did anyone ever play Split/Second? But an underrated gem, Similar to Burnout but with a focus on triggering explosions and environmental destruction to take out your foes.

    Just spotted that the Iron Factory Battlechargers have been released. Hmmm must order them. I’ll bet Cliffjumper pops up shortly after I do it.

    3 was my personal favourite. I keep meaning to dig out my old xbox and its games. Getting nostalgic in my old age for early 00's games.

    Fucking... epic.

    T'was an exciting time when Hot Rod, Hardhead and Nightbeat all rocked up to earth. Nice shot Barry!

    For anyone in the mood for reading a long aimless ramble, I submitted a top 5 transformers list for DocSeth81's website (like 5 is enough!). Transformers Digital Art

    He had to cut the pictures I'd taken for the article as they were a bit on the large side and of varying quality, but here are a few below! Starting off with my oldest and dearest... in very well played with condition.

    And tonight I thank the stars, As I count my lucky scars. For everything you've given me. And all the words I gave to you.

    Third best G1 trailer. If Hasbro ever give us a G1-ish CHUG Thunderclash and he is just the cab-bot, I hope he's compatible with this marvelous monstrosity.

    Final thought as Grimlock tore him to shreds: "Bugger."

    @Brooticus,
    I enjoyed Split Second, it was like Burnout meets a Michael Bay version of The Fast & Furious!

    @Skyguy,
    It's not often I have mixed thoughts on an Iron Factory release but the Battlechargers are one of those cases. I like that they're doing the characters, but not sure I want them due to only being Sunstreaker retools, not that it's a bad mould, I just would have preferred a new one.

    Yeah I wish they had more of a good. The rest of the body actually works quite well in my opinion but the big overhanging hood is what I picture when thinking of them. They have tried but it’s not really much.

    If they did a new mould they could have cranked out some army builders if they do the Devastation Decepticon ground soldiers.

    I think that's the Swoop Titan Master. Ptero is his official name iirc.

    Unexpected arrival from Cybertron at Casa del Seeaicho when I got home tonight, amusingly it turns out the Alphastrike Counterforce have lived up to their Black Ops rep and literally snuck past my early warning system as the tracking from Amazon US ground to a halt a few of days ago (to the point where I was starting to worry), while the stated ETA day was tomorrow - the cunning wee buggers used Disinformation on me to boot! :lol

    Fings-crossed-whilst-touching-wood my copy of Slamdance seems okay on the feet front after a wee bit of shaving off on the corners of the ankles' linear rotating transformation joint, which is where they seemed to be catching & locking straight out the box. Also shaved down the thin walls above his ankles inside his shins as I have my Flywheels to tighten up tank mode and get a nice clip grip on the turret side/shin flaps.
    Only problem now is, I want someone to do the heap of additional G1-style weapons he's still missing!

    Of course, this 'ere Fella is the main event!

    Also, they're letting us wear Christmas jumpers at work until the 25th. Time to strut my stuff.

    Nice jumper. It works really well. I’m always impressed how there is so many options these days.

    CARD AND CALENDAR UPDATE

    BWAHAHAHA. I. LIVE!

    No, I've been offline for the last few days doing 'real life' stuff and trying to get the cards and calendar finalised for the printers... which they have been! And oh my goodness does it look good.

    Orders were stopped on Sunday, so I gave the printers the files and final order numbers, but WOE IS ME, the files didn't work properly, basically because of the fonts I was using. Buuut a quick work around and as of today they ahve the files and the orders.

    I have sent out all the payment requests for Calendars and Cards, if you didn't get a payment request, then you weren't on my list, sorry! It's all been a bit of a clusterfuck if I'm honest, trying to organise two different sales lists on TFW, Twitter and Facebook messenger has been deeply confusing. I had people down on one list and another, so I had a few replications etc. It's all sorted now (I think) but oooog. My head, it no work.

    Right, after sitting at this screen for a good 3 hours or so trying to make headway against the orders I think I'll go watch some more Game of Thrones final season...
