I really hope that we do get a studio series strafe and slog. I've always loved their designs and it seems like these guys know what they are doing with their upscaling.

I'm starting to think that this thing is really cursed. After finally arriving at my local post office it got sent back instead of being delivered to my hands! I must reach my post office asap before it gets returned to the seller for some bloody reason...

Mine's been stuck in China since 10/29. Such a crap shoot sometimes buying these things.

Fortunately, my big boy has finally arrived today and he is an absolute monster. Yeah, due to his size he is a bit pain to transform and handle, also he'd really benefit from ratcheted ankles.
But damn he looks so good next to BMB Grimlock. Thanks ShowZ.

Would love a comparison pic between this Scorn and Weijiang Grimlock, side by side.

    Got my OS KO Scorn today. IMG_20191226_210927.jpg IMG_20191226_210843.jpg IMG_20191226_210759.jpg IMG_20191226_210723.jpg IMG_20191226_210651.jpg IMG_20191226_210624.jpg IMG_20191226_210526.jpg IMG_20191226_210508.jpg IMG_20191226_210456.jpg IMG_20191226_210441.jpg IMG_20191226_210423.jpg IMG_20191226_210315.jpg IMG_20191226_210303.jpg IMG_20191226_210254.jpg

FYI, after posing and manipulating this beast I quickly found out that the ankle ball joints are a little weak. If you disassemble the foot and remove the bottom plate of the foot you will see that the plate puts pressure on the ball socket joint. There is a loose plastic puck with a concave surface that contacts the pivot ball to provide friction when the bottom foot plate is tightened. If you put some type of spacer under the puck it will induce more force and give you a tighter joint. The second thing is the outward pivot hip joint. My figure's hips are very weak. This makes the legs spread apart easily when posing him. My fix for this is simple. I used Gorilla brand mounting tape and put in on the bottom plate of each foot after I fixed the ankles. Once the tape is stuck on stand your figure on some carpet so the tape will pick up some dust and make the tape less sticky. Now you can pose Scorn any which way from Sunday. See the photos for reference. IMG_20191227_085743.jpg IMG_20191227_085659.jpg IMG_20191227_085610.jpg IMG_20191227_085524.jpg

Just got him today and it looks incredible, I guess it might be a new repaint because it is copper without any trace of that green rust it had in all photos and reviews, looks so much better to me like this. I hope they also make Slug and Strafe.

May I ask where you ended up buying from? Almost every retailer I've found seems to be OKS so I was curious! Thank you. :D

Got it from the lululu Store in AliExpress, it is the first time I buy from that store, the retail box came covered only with some bubble wrap, no cardboard box, was a miracle the figure didn't break, I usually buy from JLKIDS or Wish-Toy Store who always use an additional carboard box.

How many new components are there compared to the Hasbro toy?

Guys what do you think of the transformation of this figure? The arms are being a pain in my ass. After I disconected I couldn't attach it anymore. It's frustating the ammount of force I need to make those fitting to roll. In anyway this one is a Scorn I sold and I'm just testing before sending. But, if this transformation is so frustrating I won't buy this one for me someday. And I've watched a lot of videos and I just gave up. Btw, I have watchet every video on YT about him, and the only tecnic I see is: making force until it goes to the place. What do you think? Have you mastered it?

Haven't touched him since 2019 :D  but as I said, a bit frustrating to handle due to his size even if the design is a simple voyager toy. But I managed to transform him successfully.

YOU WHAT!? Bro not touching a figure for 3 years is really crazy. But well, the arm fitting is way tougher in this one than in the Hasbro model. If Hasbro makes a SS one, I hope Black Mamba will oversize it and make it better, bcs this one is pretty ass in playability (I have the BMB Grimlock and he's pretty easy)

Got this today, and with a couple of applications of kiki's added to the ankles and one dino mode arm, this thing is an amazing beast of a toy, especially for the price.
